rioundre: The training is going to be by batches. 4months for Senior while 2months for Junior. 1000 senior and 2000 junior will start. After 2months the 2000 junior will leave the camp while another 2000 junior will join the Senior. All of us can't train at the same time because of Covid-19 protocol, that is why is batches. We shall be trained at NDLEA Academy Jos. The curriculum for Senior is different from Junior. The screening of the supplementary list continue to day at Headquarter Abuja. So the information about the training date is not out yet. Because serious arrangements is going on at headquarter because of the United Nations Days for Drugs on 26th June, 2021. The chairman want to give the day a new look from how it has been celebrated in the past. So serious meeting is still ongoing, we hope for positive outcome.
The chairman begged for additional 1000 so that some the top government officials that don't have the slot before can be given, so the request has been granted. Which all of us suppose to be 6000. But after the screening the people that turnout for screening are not up to 5000. So they have reverse it now to 5000. Because they is still room to accommodate those slot without even increment again. Thanks for the update. Based on your findings , when do you think the training will commence? |

does it mean that APC Aba North/South don't have anyone? OUK was the person that brought greedy style of leadership into Abia state then his successors now gave it finishing touches. OUK greedily sidelined the people of Ngwa and presented his brother to represent the people of Ngwa that have all kinds of professionals that are qualified to represent their people is the height of it all. |

Godarz: I do, it means a high price of fuel briefly...but it also means more investment in refineries, and less importation of fuel, and more jobs...and eventually lower prices plus we become a petrol exporter.
Eventually the common man benefits.
Subsides on the other hand mean more debts, plus money for refienry building goes to the pockets of a few. No thanks. When fuel price was increased, we heard the same story of "increased investment in our refineries" since Buhari became the president and removed fuel subsidy. how many of Nigerian refineries are working optimally? |
Politics › Re: FG Increases Petrol Price Again, Highest Since 2015 by ofeco: 10:10am On Mar 12, 2021 |
Godarz: I'm not a sai-baba person, but here is some hard truth
You people like to say that GEJ kept fuel prices at N87....well it cost our economy more than N4 trillion over five years to keep prices that low.
Now, you want Buhari to do the same, and with revenue diminished from low oil prices too.....
I don't know for you Nigerians, but one thing I know...NNPC and government cannot be using money that could have been used for refineries to subsidise fuel to keep you people happy, while we get into more and more debt.
And by the way, GEJ wanted to stop all this by raising fuel prices from N65 to N140 in 2011, but you people told him no. So, here we are.
Deregulation, removal of subsidy completely is the answer. No wahala. Do you also know the implication of the fuel price increase on the lives of the common man in the street. Minimum wage is 30k why the price of a bag of rice is higher than the minimum. |

Ewelesuo: APC Chieftain, Edwin Uhara Advises Nigerians To Embrace New Membership Registration
Ahead of the upcoming membership registration and revalidation exercises of the ruling All Progressives Congress APC, a chieftain of the party, Comrade Edwin Uhara has advised Nigerians to take advantage of the exercise to become members of the party.
In a statement released to newsmen in Abuja on Monday, the party chieftain who was member of the APC Presidential Campaign Council in the last Presidential Election, enjoined Nigerians to seize the opportunity to join the progressive party as the world is now evolving around progressive ideologies.
He noted that only the ruling party has the key to unlocking Nigeria's potentials for greatness.
He however advised the leadership of the party to ensure that all arrangements for the forthcoming registration and revalidation exercises are in line with the Non-Pharmaceutical measures put in place by the Presidential Task Force for the Control of Covid-19 Pandemic in the country so as to avoid further spread of the virus, especially the B117 strain.
The young politician who recently concluded a course at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) promised to mobilise Nigerians to join the party, saying APC has the best blueprint to make Nigeria the envy of all nations.
He called on Nigerians to continue to pray and support President Muhammadu Buhari and his team as they work hard to lift 100 million Nigerians out of poverty.

ChiefJusticeFuc: Why does Igbo culture accommodate for bastadry ?
There is this custom whereby in the case a woman cheats on her husband and it results into a pregnancy which her husband knows is not his, the man is expected to lay full claim on the child as his.
I don't know if this is an ancient and long standing custom or something that was fashioned for modern times but what I do know is that almost all Igbo clans practice this culture.
So why do they subscribe to such customs?
One would have thought the first instincts of every man is to reject the bastard alongsids the cheating wife, but not so among the Igbos as the man is expected to keep the child as his .
Was this custom drawn because of the high level of infidelity among Igbo women?
And if so, why do the men think by claiming a bastard born by an adultress will some how compensate for her cheating?
Pls I need answers on this. THUNDER STRIKE YOU THERE!!!! there is no such practice in our land. |

This it's self is an achievement...
