Highlight your ideas, pitch them to yourself. You may never know when an opportunity will come knocking. It is better to always be ready.

Be honest with yourself. Do not try to impress others. Be sincere to yourself. This will help you see where you are and what next step to take to get to where you are supposed to be.

Know your strengths and weaknesses. Knowing these will save you from being caught off-guard.

According to Stephen Hawking, "Intelligence is the ability to adapt to change." Therefore, determine to grow your skills. There are a lot of online skills and work tools that can help you navigate through day-to-day activities. Find the one that best suits your field. Start using them to your advantage.

Let me leave you with these words from Jane Austen in Mansfield Park:
