Lol, you are using a 6a charger to recharge a 100ah battery and you expect it to be fast, it will take around 18hrs to recharge from empty to full

greetings boss, will the lead acid battery charger be able to charge it till full charge?
The charger is rated 12v (10a)/24(6a)
Output voltage is 29.7 without load, but with load, the voltage drops to the battery's voltage.

But I still prefer a 12v system to this, I can't seem to figure out how to charge it quickly.

I tried using a 29.7v 6A lead acid charger to recharge it but it charges very slow.
It took more than 30 minutes to charge from 25.8 to 26v.

so i wired a changeover between inverter and charger/utility, so that once utility becomes available, the output socket switches over from inverter to utility.

I think I answered your question, currently I make use of nickel strip because it make things easier and fast for me.
