Greetings @ penuelseun, how did you build a charger for your 24v 7s lithium ion battery?

ksmart027:
My guess is because his inverter is 12v

yeah.

Penuelseun:
Nice build, but why don't you go for 7s as you will be able to use the full capacity of the battery

greetings sir, reason is because my inverter is 12v.

My choice.
I will be comfortably comfortable knowing fully well it is solely a balancer rather than a mix. It is like ac chargers; inbuilt inverter charger vs a sole battery charger. Hope you know that some external chargers are more expensive than an inverter with inbuilt chargers? Dedicated active balancer is sure to me, me oooo.

ok, now I understand, thank you for your input.

For me I prefer them separate.
Active balancer
Bms

why separate?

This is the biggest DIY I have seen here for 18650 cells. I think we can give you the king of 18650 DIY title. Do you also build with lifepo4? Because Lifepo4 is still the best for now?

He has access to the major resources (cells) while the rest of us don't.
