If GEJ had built an economy that made stuff for export (Innoson and company were good, but not exporting)...we would have said he built an economy that was prosperous. A price that would sustain Nigeria, based on what we produce, would have been 150 dollars per barrel. If GEJ had won in 2015, you guys would have been saying he took the economy down with him today.


That is the problem with Nigeria. Oil dependency., and when it is high we think we have aprosperous economy...na mirage.

In 1982, oil crashed. I grew up in the 1980's with tales of how prosperous we were in the 1970's etc etc. Same thing happened by 2015 onward.

OBJ was the president when oil was barely up to $15 yet the economy was buoyant.

The oil price during GEJ's period was comparable to oil prices during Buhari and Tinubu's period, yet you guys keep trying to blackmail people by falsely giving the impression that oil was more lucrative during GEJ's era.

How are we sure this is not a system created by Tinubu and APC to confuse issues? On the day of the election the system will "'develop a glitch', thus stranding voters and preventing people from knowing the real vote counts while Tinubu rigs with INEC.

First of all, there are more muslims in Abuja than Christians. But Igbo votes are always significant in Abuja. That is why Abuja always votes the parties that Igbos vote for. Abuja used to vote for PDP in presidential elections, except in 2023 when Igbos switched over to LP. All of a sudden LP won Abuja during the presidential elections

Second of all, APGA was a party that Anambra people adopted as the party to govern Anambra state.

When it comes to national matters, Igbos mainly supported PDP.
Once Igbos quit supporting PDP in 2023, PDP did not even get up to 25% of the votes, as it was used to.

Igbo presence in Lagos state constantly assured the PDP of more than 25% of votes in every presidential election cycle.
However in 2023 when Igbos switched off from PDP, the party did not even get close to 25% of the Lagos votes. This instance says a lot.

I think you are even misunderstanding my point. Of course, Yorubas overwhelmingly voted for Peter Obi in Lagos.
In fact I am certain that more than 50% of Yorubas in Lagos voted for PO which was why PO got over a million votes in Lagos. Forget about the drastically cut-down numbers that INEC keeps bandying about.
Bola Tinubu apparently got less than 150,000 votes in Lagos, and this could have never have happened without the support of Yoruba voters in Lagos.

My point is that igbos have a significant number of voters in Lagos and Abuja to the extent that Igbos can comfortably give a candidate more than 25% of votes in Lagos and more than 30 of votes in Abuja

The percentages here is compared to individual population to determine the percentage and not with other tribe or ethnicity. Yorubas percentage is found within your a population while Igbo percentage is computed within Igbo population.

If it is by population considered, Yorubas has more population than igbos, and you can see how many plenty schools they have far more than that of Igbos from primary, secondary to universities. Every serious corporate organization is full of Yorubas because they are more educated at home and abroad

Forget all these concocted population figures. Igbos are more in population than Yorubas.
Igbos can influence the voting figures in non-Igbo areas like Abuja, Lagos. And of course influence the voting patterns in Delta and Rivers states.

Yorubas can only influence the voting patterns in Yoruba states.
