The people he governed in Anambra are all slaving in Lagos, even he himself is now hiding in Lagos. What a loser
Igbos were already in Lagos before Tinubu became governor.

Obi has nothing to learn from a serial drug-dealer and a certificate forger

But they never support president Tinubu most especially the likes of Okowa and the Delta state governor
Okowa did not support Obi, yet Obi won his state, when Tinubu had not yet recorded his current failure.

Now that Tinubu has shown himself to be an unmitigated failure, Obi will win Delta in a landslide

So, Fubara is not governor for now but these guys are still House members for the same now, correct?

The thing about eating corn is, some of them can get in the way of your throat and make you cough stupidly.

Anyways, let's not lose sight of the fact that Peter Obi won these:

Lagos ✅
Abuja ✅
Delta ✅
Cross River ✅
Enugu ✅
Anambra ✅
Abia ✅
Taraba ✅
Imo ✅
Edo ✅
Ebonyi ✅
Rivers ✅
Plateau ✅

With not one Governor
Not one Senator
Not one HOR member
Not one LGA Chairman
Not one Councilor
No Army
No Police

Just HIM and Nigerians. 📌

Now that APC has succeeded in performing woefully, it'll be a walk in the park so long as INEC does not defect to APC as well.
PO also won Benue state

Charity begins at home, why do you people vote governors that, Soludo aside, never improve your state economies well enough to make them. Powerhouses?

Ndigbo are as bad as other tribes are at voting the wrong people.
Ndigbo did not vote in Uzodinma.

My own state voted in Ngige, Peter Obi and Soludo. 3 governors that are well above average.

Abia voted in Otti who is better than any governor ever voted for, in Yorubaland.

Yoruba voted for Abiola, Buhari and Tinubu the worst people to lead Nigeria, if they are given the chance.

This was exactly the same thing you people said about Buhari until he got in and completely messed up the economy of the country! undecided
I am an Igbo person and I never said that about Buhari.

I already knew Buhari will be a huge disaster, which he fulfilled.

Igbos are usually very good at making such leadership calls.

All the presidents Igbos didn't support ended up messing up Nigeria's economy.

As things stand, Igbos seem to be in support of Obi, which is a clear pointer that Obi will be a much better president than Tinubu and Buhari combined.

I am sure it was people like you that supported Buhari in 2015

Average Igbo Person sees himself as been wiser than other tribes.
Igala's are indigenous to Anambra and Enugu
But you will never hear Atta Igala make issues out of it.
Have you ever heard the Eze Nri claim the Igala minority group in Anambra as Igbos?
Have you ever read or heard the Eze Nri claim that the Igalas that are in Anambra only migrated to that territory?

Have you ever heard the Eze Nri, or indeed any other traditional ruler in Anambra, try and install a duke over the Igalas of Anambra?

Stop twisting logic.

I will also add that Obi is better prepared to handle the current economic and social challenges Nigeria is currently undergoing.

It won't make your Peter Obi that knows about leadership to become Nigeria president.

Never will your fellow one Nigerians allow that.

I took measures to protect his people from terrorists fulanis herdmen, what did your own people like Obi and hope uzodimma that know about leadership did?
Nnamdi Kanu, Hope Uzodinma and Simon Ekpa are all in the same camp.

They are all working against the interest of the Igbos, and you are in support of all of them.

There is nothing wrong with eliminating Fulani terrorists that are killing Igbo farmers, but to assume the leadership of Biafra agitation, one must have guile and understand the ways of the modern world. Just going on radio and dishing out insults to people don't cut it.

While I believe Peter Obi still needs to learn a lot, I believe he is much better than Nnamdi Kanu, Simon Ekpa and Hope Uzodinma put together.
His leadership style is resonating with people both Igbos and non-Igbos. The army and the corrupt judiciary cannot declare him a terrorist, so he is a huge thorn on Igbo haters' ass.

Thank God for Peter Obi, otherwise Igbos would have completely lost out because of the foolishness of Nnamdi Kanu, Hope Uzodinma, Simon Ekpa, and people like you supporting these illiterates.

If they bring Simon ekpa down to Nigeria, they will Silence him.
He wouldn't be giving opportunities to speak to in court or medias like Mazi Nnamdi Kanu do.( For people that think he is the same with Mazi Nnamdi Kanu)
Because Simon ekpa will expose his deal with government cause he have been betrayed.

https://businessday.ng/news/article/full-list-fg-freezes-accounts-of-simon-ekpa-16-others-for-terrorism/
Simon Ekpa and Nnamdi Kanu are both the same. Both of them are not needed in Igboland.

It was Nnamdi Kanu that started promoting Ekpa just before he was kidnapped.

I have been shouting online for many years about these two individuals.

They took a cause that is dear to Ndigbo and rubbished it totally.

New leaders are needed who understand how the world works. Igbos are done with semi-educated rabble-rousers and megalomaniacs. Supreme leader of this, commander in chief of that, prime minister of the other one. Total illiteracy!!!!

This is Trump's regime and Igbos ought to be making huge headway, but illiterates like you kept cheering on Nnamdi Kanu that knows nothing about leadership. Today he is out of circulation by playing himself into the hands of enemies.

Putinofrussia:
Can you then explain why Igbos were still learning how to wear clothes in 1921?
It is all over the internet with pictures for veracity.
I can also show you pictures of Benin people without clothes around that time.

Don't pay attention to narratives conjured up by colonialists that want to push negative images of Africa.

AKWAETE cloth was what Igbos used in preparing their clothes. Akwaete cloth manufacturing technique has been there for over a thousand years, so your propaganda won't work.

Igbos also don't need to emigrate to Israel when Igbos have lands in Nigeria, totally uncontested. Jews are in Israel because they have no national lands elsewhere. Igbo ancestors travelled far and wide and eventually found their land. Igbos left the Holyland nearly a thousand years before Jews were kicked out, so Igbos had a huge headstart and a better chance of finding their land, which our ancestors did.

I want it to also be a permanent pain in your heart that Jews will hold on to our ancient ancestral lands, till the end of time. Let that sink in.
CultureRe: How Can Ibos Be The Oldest Tribe In Nigeria And Claim Jewish? by OfoIgbo: 3:06pm On Apr 17, 2025
DomPerignon:
The Jew is a very recent cult that emerged sometime in 360BC.

Prior to that no Jew existed and that's why there isn't any reference of anything "Jew" in the old testament.

The Jew found his way to Palestine following the second great exodus. They are Babylonian-Cainanite people who returned back to Palestine in 360BC with the children of Israel.
The word PALESTINE did not exist in 360BC. Israel was the word, used in describing that territory around that time.

A Roman emperor gave that name to land of Israel nearly 400 years later.

Jews plus Igbos equal Israelites.

Igbos were largely the part of Israel kicked out by Assyrians, some of whom eventually found themselves in current Igboland.

Igbos were largely from the northern kingdom, while Jews were principally from the southern kingdom of JUDAH ( which was chiefly were the word JEW was derived)

100s of years after the northern kingdom was expelled, Babylon exiled the southern kingdom, who eventually came back to the land following the toppling of Babylon by the Persian empire.

In summary, Jews are the southern remnants of the kingdom of Judah, after the northern kingdom of Israel had been dispersed.
Secondly, Palestine did not exist by 360BC

Lol Abiola is a man no Ibo man can be. He faced the military gun and declared himself president knowing fully well he will get arrested or killed.

Even his wife still stood with him and continued the struggle before the military sent murderers after her.

Walahi in this country, the Yoruba have produced courageous leaders and Ibo got none.

The only Ibo man that we would have tagged courageous was Ojuku but in the end he abandoned his people and fled in woman attire in the most cowardly manner.

God bless MKO Abiola soul. He showed the courage all “Aare Ona Kakanfo” are known for.
Abiola that was hiding around wearing a woman's G-string and lipstick.
On the day he was arrested, they had to remove his makeup.

I am sure he must have knelt down to beg Almustapha to spare him, just like well known Yoruba brave men like Adisa and Olarewaju

No one ever said he announced the result. One thing he didn't do was to cancel the result, or quit going through with the elections after a court order had already ruled that no election should take place. That's brave of him.

But woman-wrapper coward known as Abiola didn't deserve any higher level of bravery, which Igbos have in heaps grin grin

What we are saying is that you guys should not rewrite history by claiming he announced the result and thus need to be immortalized. That is exactly what SE senators are saying on the floor that made the SW senators angry including Oshiomole.

Prof. Nwosu people should hold on to his cowardice and stop trying to paint him as courageous. It’s simple like APC.

Sure he did.

His wrong decision alone is a great lesson for every leader, on how to live and die for the truth.

His life taught us how not to live a life of cowardice.
After Nzeogwu, no Igbo man in his right mind will stick out a neck for the Yoruba, after we experienced first hand, how Awolowo starved more than two million of the relatives of those that tried to install him as the president.

We thank God for the bravery of Prof. Nwosu, and profusely thank Nwosu for just following the constitution. If he had announced the winner like a tout, the same Abiola would have joined the north in blaming Igbos for the fracas that would have ensued.

kettykin:
The Laurent Gbagbo episode of Côte d'Ivoire comes to mind—only this time, the stage is Nigeria.

If the Yorubas, in a dramatic and decisive move, seize control of the Lagos State House and Dodan Barracks, they could outright reject election results, demand postponements, or even declare independence from Nigeria. The domino effect would be swift and merciless.

What follows will be reminiscent of Sudan’s current turmoil, sudan as a nation fractured along deep-seated ethnic and regional lines. The Yoruba leadership, long accused of harboring secessionist ambitions, might use the moment to formally carve out an independent state, taking Lagos with them. The consequences? A mass expulsion of non-Yorubas—Southeasterners, South-Southerners, and Northerners—forcefully ejected from Lagos, a city they helped build but never truly owned in the eyes of its new rulers.

In response, an unlikely coalition led by Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi scrambles to salvage what remains of the union. Kneeling—perhaps literally—they plead for unity, for compromise, for an alternative to irreversible fragmentation. But will their cries be enough to prevent Nigeria’s descent into another civil war? Or has the tipping point already passed?
First of all, you and I know that Yorubas don't have the balls to pull out of Nigeria unilaterally. They will be hoping Igbos break off as well.

Secondly, if it leads to war, Lagos will be totally destroyed, and there will be no oil money to rebuild Lagos, thus the Lagos territory reverting to Abeokuta levels, with no hope of it being rebuilt ever again, and there will be no Igbos and other Nigerians to help make Lagos a cosmopolitan area again.

Igbos may break off with most of Nigeria's gas reserves and a majority of Nigeria's oil reserves. Either way, Igbos will be sitting pretty.

I think it’s high time we started airing and translating Nnamadi Kanu’s past broadcasts on BBC Hausa.
Unfortunately for you Nnamdi Kanu is not running to become the president of Nigeria.

Igboho's speech will also not hurt the Yorubas because Igboho is not running.

You will have to translate all of Peter Obi's speeches in Hausa to be broadcast in BBC Hausa grin grin grin

In spite of all the tribal angle that Yorubas injected into the 2023 campaign, Peter Obi still won the election.
The only difference in 2027 is that people, especially northerners and SS & SE youths, are likely to react violently, if Tinubu tries to rig that election.
Ronus will disappear from Abuja when northern and eastern youths flood Abuja to ensure Tinubu doesn't get away with any rigging.

I am from Anambra and Peter Obi performed way above average. He was a much better governor than Tinubu btw.

He was the number 1 governor in Nigeria when it came to MDG, better than Tinubu
Anambra became the number1 state in education. Better than Tinubu's Lagos
Anambra became the least corrupt state in Nigeria. Better than Tinubu's Lagos
