^{The Sorcerer's Apprentice fulfilled it's primary function to entertain me for the movie of one hour and fifty minutes, which is no problem . The point is as enjoyable as it was, it could of and should have been much better. It had potential and went part of the way but not the full way and that's what disappointed me . Now we all know what sort of films Jerry Bruckheimer makes, nothing serious or Oscar winning, just films that are trashy fun , but it dosen't make it bad if you have good enough leading actors who can act and the film has a lot of energy that makes it's fun . In the case I'm referring to two examples of the first Pirates of the Carribbean and the Curse of the Black Pearl and the highly enjoyable 2010 movie based on the famous video game, Prince of Persia: Sands of Time .}
