"Vertigo" is the greatest achievement by the Master of Suspense, Alfred Hitchcock. It is a mesmerizing, hypnotic, and captivating psychological thriller about love, obsession, and second chances. The film also has an aura of mystery as none of the major characters turn out to be whom they first appear to be . James Stewart is convincing as retired police detective John "Scotty" Ferguson, who comes out of retirement to do one last favor for an old friend: to spy on his friend's wife Madeleine (played by the beautiful Kim Novak), who has supposedly gone insane .

During his espionage on the lovely yet mysterious Madeleine, Scotty finds himself falling head-over-heels in love with her; but a tragic turn of events ends up driving Scotty to the brink of insanity. The film is beautifully directed, with an abundance of bright colors and gorgeous sceneries, which serves as a perfect backdrop for this dark and creepy tale .</sup> [/size]

[size=13pt]^{As it progresses it goes abit more further through the books and adds its own touch that is adapted well in to it that it is not boring like you know what to expect from reading the books . lies,blood,tears and life is sheded in this season, you will not be dissapointed!} [/size]

[size=13pt]<sup>Araboy You are right dear. . .Most Africans don't really care about this big brothers Africa TV show if not only the Anglo phonic Countries but talking about Countries like Ivory Coast , Mali , Niger among other Franco-phonic Countries they don't care about this show since it is only in English Language and i think if i were to be a full time Francophone i won't be happy - Yeah , the Big brother's Africa is a general TV show to Africa as one continent and i wasn't expecting it should be done in one Language .

In Africa there are several official languages like English , French , Portuguese etc and i guess the rest languages would have notice some partiality somewhere , some how on this big brothers and i hope the show team should do something about this situation.</sup> [/size]

Still, as always, the only bright spot in the entire 2-plus hours was Ian McShane. He could be snoring and it would be full of character and devious charm. Probably the first sci-fi/horror, and definitely the best. By limiting the number of characters, and enclosing them in a confined space, Scott hikes up the tension without having to resort to cheap thrills or buckets of gore (though the chest-bursting scene is still terrifyingly effective ). Each of the characters is fairly well developed, and it's unclear at the start who will live and who will not, which also upps the suspense .

The production design is really cool, and doesn't look dated at all, and the alien creature itself is quite original and still scary . Great performances too, and a good script, making this much more than just a monster flick .</sup> [/size]
