@OP
As a fellow 16 year old, I'll advice you not to think of such things cus they're distracting. Love does not exist for under aged people like us.
I'll advice you to break up with this girl as its only gonna distract you from whats really important. I've seen too many people fail in their studies because they were having girl trouble. I'll tell you what I tell them,  don't stress yourself with drama, make your life simple and easy and you'll enjoy yourself more,

Guy consider dz.
1. Processor Speed and Ram of the mobile device

2. The platform/Operating System. Is it smooth, laggy or buggy.

3. Available future updates of the device . Several android don't get updates from manufacturers long after Google releases an update. HTC do release updates and have some of the best devices ön the planet.

4. Best of all battery life. Is it power hungry or, Can it go online for 8hrs without a single charge . Or else u will be charging your device every two to three hours with 3G connection.

5. What wide range of browserz are available for the device. Iphone u get 1 or 2. Android u keep counting. Symbian same as android.
The iPhone has more browsers than android. Just go to the app store and see gore yourself. I have 4 browsers on my iPhone. They're a lot more I've seen but not used. So please stop writing things your not sure of.
ComputersWhy Can't This Be Done To Insure Cheap Broadband In Nigeria by ogagusps3(op): 12:42pm On Jun 04, 2011
If any state govt could just Peform a PPP(Public-Private Partnership) with a group that wants to go into Internet service providing. Convince them to not go into wireless ISP but lay fibre
Cables across their state in order to provide much better internet services at a cheaper price. All the company has to do is manage their cables in the state while the state govt spends 6 months building a fibre optics submarine cable with a capacity of about 4 Tb/s. This will cost the state about 20 billion Naira. This is a huge investment but will actually profit the state govt. on the long run. They build the cable and depending on the amount of people in the state, allocate a fixed amount of bandwidth to the ISP they partnered with.
Take Rivers State for example, there are about 5million people in the state. Allocating 1Mb/s to 10 people, we will need 500000Mb/s=500Gb/s to give everyone the type of broadband people get abroad. Owing to the fact that all people in the state won't be on the ISP network and also the amount of people who either are extremely poor or do not know how to use computers we can say the state is only gonna use 100Gb/s. But they are also people who can use 10-25Mb/s all by themselves + companies who need 100Mb/s for their own use is should leave the usage at 500Gb/s.
The ISP will, with govt. Influence( their giving the bandwidth to them for free), have make their service affordable at  cheap prices ( E.g =N=1500 per month with 1Mb/s upload and 1Mb/s download reserved bandwidth for each customer and =N=15000 for 10Mbps up and down.
The state govt. can then sell the remaining bandwidth to other ISP and other states that want to take part in the same project. The ISP will start making profit soon and Within 3 years the state would have recovered all money used to build it. The people would have broadband which will also help in the state development.

PoliticsWhat's Wrong With Us Nigerians?! by ogagusps3(op): 3:01pm On May 30, 2011
After reading the full Wikipedia articles of developed countries like the US, Japan, Canada, the UK, etc.
I've come to the conclusion that there is definitely something wrong with us. Why can't we get our act together? Do we not want to live civilized lives? Or is that we just like to suffer or see people suffer? I'm sick of this country and tired of seeing people argue about unimportant topics like which tribe should rule next and where their president or governor is from. I'm sick of all of it. What I hate most is the fact that we all blame the Governor but do nothing to improve or help out our fellow Nigerians.
I was with my sis in a hair salon the other day and the hair stylist started telling us of how, if it were possible, she would kill all northerners. On further inquiry, I found out that she was igbo. She told us that if by 2015, there was no Igbo president, they will start war. That is the idiotic and stupid ideology of Nigerians, killing themselves for meaningless reasons.
I wondered what gave them the right to boldly declare that. If Nigerians were civilized, she would not be able to say that boldly cus she would be looked at as a fool.
What of people like us that come from minority tribes, whats stopping us from rioting since my tribe has never or even ever had a chance if getting the presidency.
Why do we kill ourselves over something that has never benefited us.
I am sick and and tired of not just this country but all Nigerians who think and act foolishly.
If we stopped worrying about where the ruler are from but made sure whoever they are , they acted to the best of our interest, would that not make us happy. I tire and have given up. I Think all civilized Nigerians should abandon this country since we're so few in number. Thats the best thing for us.

^^^ possible, but it will be difficult to block all 9ja operators all over Nigeria for a whole week.
Mtn,glo, airtel, starcomms, etisalat, multilinks, etc along with all the security they will get, It's not feasible for anyone to even try any thing as it not likely to disrupt results or the ability of voters to vote.
PoliticsRe: A 16 Year Old's Solution To Nigeria's Electoral Problems by ogagusps3(op): 7:21am On Apr 27, 2011
I think a step-by-step tutorial on how to vote should be printed at the back of all voter cards so that the instructions on how to go about voting would be clear to all.
For all who think it would be easy to manipulate through bribery of IT guys, it's not cus voting will go through different network masts in different states throughout Nigeria.
Also, money can be spent on getting a very high tech secured network that is most definitely in back hackable to the average IT guy in Nigerian.
High security at masts all around the country.
This system of voting comes with the added bonus of voting in state or constituency elections from other states or even outside the country.
PoliticsRe: A 16 Year Old's Solution To Nigeria's Electoral Problems by ogagusps3(op): 5:33pm On Apr 26, 2011
Postal voting describes the method of voting in an election whereby ballot papers are distributed and/or returned by post to electors, in contrast to electors voting in person at a polling station or electronically via an electronic voting system.

It is of benefit to people who may not be able to attend a polling station in person, either through a physical disability or absence from the locality. This method of voting is available to voters upon application (sometimes with restrictions) in statutory elections in many democratic nations.

On the other hand, concerns about postal voting have been raised as to whether it complies with the requirements of a secret ballot, in that people cast their vote outside the security of a polling station, and whether voters can cast their vote privately free from another person's coercion. There have been cases of electoral fraud with postal votes in the United Kingdom (including in Birmingham at the 2004 European and local government elections in the UK)[1][2][3]

Postal voting can be a way to prevent manipulation of an election through "get out the vote" efforts, for instance, in state conventions of a society, in which supporters of a cause or candidate transport in their supporters by bus in order to vote and then bus them home again.

Anyway you tried, its all an idea. But the problem is not the technique of ensuring a free/fair election, but the problem is with the people, Its a social problem. Only "Lenin" can solve this problem.
Thanks, but I thought this up to keep Nigerians safe. If voting were like this it would have saved the live of so many people.

As long as human being will be the one that will conduct the registration, what will stop someone to register like over 100 times?
Remember they are all of same party and on dual payroll
Their name, fingerprint and other voting details will be uploaded to INEC's network , double registration will be detectable and cancelled. It's that simple

This is Africa my friend, when quite a number of people believe in having a large family. How do we ensure that a couple withh six children all under 18yrs cannot exploit the situation by getting phones for their under age children. I can just get a phone for my 2-month old baby and vote on his behalf. How about ghost voter (people who don't even exist). This is very childish in my opinion but could be revised to see how to block this holes and others yet to be identified.
I explained above that the registration will go on as usual meaning that only registered people above 18 can vote and if you give your special number to a child to vote for you, you lose your vote it that simple.
1 vote to 1 registered number and only people who register can vote. Of course this doesn't solve the problem of underaged voting cus as we've seen, children were registered up north.
Since it is a live election immidiately you vote ,your vote os collated and realeased in INEC offices nationwide.

ELECTIONS IN NIGERIA.
Nigeria's election would go well if   We voted via text messages from the safety of our homes.
No more queues, no more safety management issues and the added               . benefit of a very high voter turnout.
The process will go like this:
Registration will take place within a specific period and just like the 2011 registration process voter's finger print will taken and upload through the Internet to the INEC data base in order to avoid double voting. A special voter's number will be given to all eligible voters.
When the time for election/voting comes an entire week will be given for each election instead of just a day.
The eligible voter, instead of waiting in line to vote, can just pick up his/her phone and send a text message to INEC's number (E.g 444 or 787, etc) his special registration number along with the party to which they want to vote. This immediately gets to a INEC's system. It should also be possible for the results to appear as votes come in at the various INEC centers in the country, sort of like a live election. No coalitions, no ballot boxes, no bomb blasts, no deaths, no rigging since it's impossible with that type of system and reduces the amount of money spent.
Some might say that some Nigerian don't have phones or don't have access to phones but I'm sure that with a whole week to vote and their own personal voter's number they could easily find a phone unit in order for them to cast they votes. Any vote sent to INEC without a registered voter's number will not be counted so even if an individual has a thousand phones in their possession they can only vote once as long as their registered.
I've given this a lot of thought and so I'm quite certain that this is the best way to ensure free and fair elections without any security risks or having the country shut down. It would be IMPOSSIBLE TO RIG even for PDP that seem to have perfected the art of rigging.

I based this system of voting on those then in the US state known as Oregon where they use a postal system of voting.
This was thought up by me, a 16 year old Nigerian living in Rivers State.

PoliticsGhana Scams Surpass Nigerian Scams?! by ogagusps3(op): 6:07pm On Apr 07, 2011
http://www.google.ca/m/url?client=safari&ei=-e2dTYiYBZWXjAejtZHzAg&hl=en&oe=UTF-8&q=http://www.cnn.com/2011/TECH/web/04/05/motherboard.ghana.sakawa/&ved=0CBYQqQIwAA&usg=AFQjCNH2e-ouRCsbRmL7WArwKKSG9fH3nw
Brooklyn, New York (Motherboard.tv) -- Ghana is doing extremely well by African standards. Of course "by African standards" means there are dirt roads leading past the brand-new, gold-columned presidential palace, and it seems 1 percent of the country is blowing their country's GDP at bars with $50 cover charges while the other 99 is selling bags of water at stop lights. They have huge mineral reserves and lots of foreign money invested in their extraction, all of which ends up concentrated in the hands of the president, his cabinet, and whichever of their cousins they're getting along with at the time.
The Ghanaian government likes to boast that their unemployment rate is in the single digits and they're creating millions of new jobs a year specifically targeting the youth bulge, but when you pull up a pile of rubble and sit down with a member of said bulge, the story seems a lot less cheery. The actual unemployment rate for 15- to 24-year-olds hovers between 25 and 30 percent and unless you're a relative or close friend of someone in the ruling class, you can look forward to a long and fruitful career in water sales.
But Ghana also has a reasonably sophisticated technology infrastructure and has declared itself the "Internet Capital of West Africa," which is kind of archly tragic because right now the internet is the only thing keeping the kids at bay.
During Nigeria's oil boom in the 70s, Ghanaians flooded into the country to take guest worker jobs. Within 10 years they'd worn out their welcome and were deported en mass back to Ghana, but not before they'd picked up a popular local pastime: the Nigerian "pen pal scam." The way it works is you become pen pals with some dolt in America or Britain, bitch about how hard your life is in Africa, then wait for them to send you money and presents.
See the rest of The Sakawa Boys at Motherboard.tv
As computers made their way into the continent, the scam was adapted to e-mail and gradually evolved into the rainbow of weird phishing messages from state treasurers and estate managers and plane-crash lawyers that crowd your inbox every morning. And as scammers got hungrier for bigger pickins, they hooked up with hacker-types from the U.S. and Europe who taught them basic credit card fraud, which they combined with the playacting of the e-mail scam to create increasingly elaborate -- and profitable -- superscams. Then for some reason they combined all of this with black magic, and that's how Sakawa was born.
In the same way that hip-hop went from a music style into a descriptor for everything from pants to dancing to potato chips, Sakawa (which originally referred to a specific credit card scam) now means pretty much anything involving money -- if you wear a bunch of flashy brand-name clothes you're dressing "Sakawa," if you've got a nice car it's a "Sakawa" car -- all of which makes sense considering internet scamming is the only way most Ghanaians can afford this.
Right now Sakawa is in its salad days. The Sakawa Boys movie franchise has made it up to "Sakawa Boys 8," Juju priests are making a killing enchanting e-mails, Christian preachers are making a killing complaining about enchanted e-mails, and Ghanaians of all ages and interests (but mostly "young" and "not being poor"wink are packed into internet cafes finding more and more ingenious ways of ripping off Westerners.
While a lot of Sakawa practitioners have cooked up elaborate post-colonial justifications where they're just getting the white man back for taking all their gold, a few, like our guide Seva, see Sakawa for what it really is: a massive bubble just waiting to burst. As Ghana overtakes freaking Nigeria as the e-fraud capital of the world, the government is scrambling to find a way to keep Sakawa from wrecking the country's business reputation without cutting off an entire young generation from their sole source of steady revenue. And just to make things more interesting, Ghana just discovered oil.
