PoliticsImpacts In Abuja For Next 14days by Ogality(op): 9:35am On Apr 19, 2020
First they broke lockdown rules by flying him from Abuja to Lagos.

Then they treated him privately at First Cardiology in Ikoyi despite positivity and isolating other positive members of the public in isolation centre, some people by force despite personal protests.

Then they flew his Covid 19 positive body back to the Federal Capital Territory for burial.

Then they released his body for burial contrary to what Lai Mohammed said that Covid 19 dead bodies cannot be released for burial.

Then almost 500 - 1000 people gathered for the burial effectively breaking Federal Government rule that not more than 20 or even 50people can gather at a point in time.

Then, they dug a shallow grave for the body in the centre of town, gudu cemetry.

And some there neither wore masks or any other PPE especially the grave diggers.

A man in Green native without PPE even touched the body whilst helping the workers in PPE.

Some workers in PPE were even seen touching their faces and goggles after touching the body with some's clothes visibly running the dead body under from their PPE as they lowered the body into the shallow grave.

And the body was buried in just white traditional robes. No protection nothing for the people, or the environment.

No protection from possible thieves/scavengers who may want to come scavenge dead bodies in the middle of the night after burial.

No accounting for or planning that every one at the burial must self isolate for 14 days after the burial.

How is this leading by example? How does a government make the rules and then shamelessly break the rules on National Television for all to see.

Abuja should brace for impact in the next 14days.
PoliticsWhen Government Become Hypocrite by Ogality(op): 9:19am On Apr 19, 2020
This is the most incompetent and insensitive statement ever made by any government. They can’t be flogged for coming to pay last respect to the president right hand man but the same government refuses to release the bodies of others victims that died of the virus to their families to pay their last respect. This is hypocrisy of the highest order!!
Yet they refused wedding ceremony, and even arrested someone who hold birthday party in they own home.
Nigeria government are worsted than the corona virus and covid-19 itself.
PoliticsKyari Death, End Of A Surrogate Presidency by Ogality(op): 8:12pm On Apr 18, 2020
Abba Kyari's Death, End of a Surrogate Presidency, and the Coming Chaos
By Farooq Kperogi

To say I was shocked by Abba Kyari's death would be to tell a lie. Being an asthmatic patient who routinely had "breathing problems" that necessitated periodic trips to London hospitals—in addition to being a diabetic who was older than 65—it would have been nothing short of miraculous if he survived COVID-19.

In spite of who he was, especially the last five years of his life on earth, as a Muslim, I won't speak ill of him in death. But I won't write undeserving and deodorizing posthumous extolments of him, either. That would be as bad as, or even worse than, celebrating his death.

With Kyari's death, Nigeria is now truly leaderless. Buhari is practically in the land of the living dead. He's a breathing mannequin whose only reason for living is to prove he isn't dead in order to justify the continuity of the rule in his name.

Abba Kyari ruled the country on Buhari's behalf. In my viral February 22, 2020 column titled, "The Tragedy of the Abba Kyari Surrogate Presidency," this line appeared: "Sometime in the midpoint of last year, a northern retired general told me Abba Kyari said in private that people who vilify him don’t realize that without him Nigeria would be rudderless and descend into chaos."

Now, he is gone, and the chaos he talked about would start in the coming days and weeks. Mamman Daura, Buhari's nephew who introduced Kyari to Buhari, isn't only old (he is now in his early 80's) he is also now isolated from Buhari thanks to Kyari.

Babagana Kingibe who has been acting on Kyari's behalf and who will probably formally replace him, doesn't quite know Buhari in the same way that Abba Kyari did.

There is a yawning, potentially disorienting power vacuum in the presidential villa now, which actually emerged really visibly since Kyari went out of circulation before his eventual death.

Watch out for Aisha Buhari to assert herself more aggressively and to work to grab power in the fashion that Turai Yar'adua did. In fact, she already started this the moment Kyari took ill.

One of the first things Aisha did was to cause Jalal Arabi, Permanent Secretary of the State House and Kyari's dutiful protege, to be redeployed from the Villa.

The remnants of the cabal will, of course, fight back. But the fight between Aisha and members of the cabal who are merely Kyari's proteges, would be a fight in the dark because Buhari who is supposed to intervene is an insentient being who's barely aware he's alive.

The in-fighting will create noticeable cracks in the Buhari group that Osinbajo, Tinubu, and other interest groups would exploit to feather their nests and advance their interests. In other words, in the coming days and months, expect the cessation of any pretense to governance and an unprecedentedly factious, dog-eat-dog, recriminatory fight between competing power blocs.

PoliticsSpeak You Die, If You No Speak You Still Die! by Ogality(op): 11:28am On Apr 07, 2020
Dear *FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA*

Please with all due respect and humility, I cry out most especially for the *"weak & voiceless"* citizens of Nigeria. Please stop treating your own brothers & sisters like *"animals"*.
Hate speech or no hate speech law my foot.
Do you expect us to die in silence & unnecessary oppression?
If we must emulate the same measures of *"STAY HOME, STAY SAFE"* just like the other countries of the world, please let's emulate it in total completion.

✔️Before the United States declared a national lockdown, they gave all their citizens $1000 (One thousand dollars) each, & made sure everyone had food at home to eat.
✔️Canada distributed money & enough food items to all her citizens & also cancelled all rents & bills payment till further notice.
✔️President Putin of Russia since lockdown had made sure that every citizen is supplied with food from house to house, plus other financial benefits too.
✔️Spain, Italy, France & all other European nations too have all followed the same measures.
✔️Most of all the affected nations here in Africa, have all done the same before declaring a "lockdown", making sure their citizens are truly indoors, safe from the spread of the virus & also safe from hunger.
As a matter of fact, Tanzania's President was part of the movement from house to house, sharing food & relief materials for the citizens. He was also seen some days ago inside the forest, fasting & praying for his dear country.

*Nigeria*, being a senior brother as far as Africa is concerned, what have you done for your citizens apart from announcing number of cases on a daily basis & creating fear in the minds of your people? You're telling us to stay at home for fourteen *(14)* good days without providing us with common stipends, food or relief materials? What a pity. Do you expect us to eat SAND & STONES?
Even ordinary nose covers & hand sanitizers as cheap as those ones are, we didn't see..

*Please hear this dear leaders..*
That your "STAY HOME, STAY SAFE" slogan only works for the rich who are capable to stock their stores with food stuffs that can sustain them till year 2022. It does not work for the poor at all. For the poor, it is "STAY HOME, STAY HUNGRY".
In case you never knew or perhaps have forgotten, most people in Nigeria eat from *hand to mouth* (daily hustle). Some don't even have a bank account due to the fact that their daily consumptions are more than their daily income.
Do you want us all to die of hunger? How would it sound if it is said that other nations are fighting to contain covid-19 virus, while Nigeria is fighting to contain hunger, despite the level of wealth we've been blessed with as a nation, & all the billions that has been donated by various philanthropists?
*It would sound so ridiculous & shameful right?*

So please, just like what other nations have done for their citizens, please do the same. Stop treating us like "guinea pigs", we are not. The life of every Nigerian counts, & so should be valued.

*If you really want us to STAY AT HOME, then do the needful.*

Print more money at CBN, send stipends to every Nigerian via our bank accounts, or what is the value of our BVN numbers?
Also, distribute food stuffs & relief items to the poor masses in every neighbourhood, or is it only during election campaigns that you know how to disturb our neighbourhoods with your noises?

Please, this is my little advice, because HUNGER is even capable to do more havoc than coronavirus.

We *Nigerians* are known for our strength & resilience by nature. We can even endure a national lockdown for two years, if only food supply is made available.

*"Let's count our teeth with our tongue please."*

God bless Nigeria,
We shall conquer.. This season too shall surely pass.

(Please let's keep sharing this message on every platform till it gets to the right addresses.)

RomanceHusband Will Be Scarce In 2023 by Ogality(op): 11:29am On Nov 22, 2019
HUSBAND WILL BE SCARCE IN 2023

November 22 /
HUSBAND SCARCITY!!!

This may not be the best time for me to write on this because of misinterpretations, but I can no longer resist the push. “Husband Scarcity” has become one of the challenges faced by many young girls today. If you go to prayer houses, majority of the intentions are prayer for a life partner. And this calls for concern. Casting our minds back to the time of our mothers and grandmothers, was there really much of a “Husband Scarcity” problem? Or, maybe there were more men than women then, or there was an adequate corresponding numbers of both genders. I don’t think so. Maybe then, the women had values and were prepared to build a home and not park into a built home.
Then, once a young man comes of age and can at least feed himself and his wife, he goes out in search of a wife and the woman really appreciates him and helps him to build a future. What am I really trying to say? We created what we now see as “Husband Scarcity” for ourselves. Today, the reverse is the case. Ask an average girl to define her dream husband; you get things like “he has to be tall, handsome, fair, and rich, own a house at least, and be presentable” and then she adds “God fearing” in order not to sound so worldly. Then, check the number of girls around you and the number of men that meet that standard, and you will see the problem. You hear girls say, “I cannot suffer in my father’s house and then go and start suffering with a man.” What a wonderful dream! What if from the beginning, you have everything you want and there is no suffering, and later in the marriage, the table turns around, then comes suffering? Will you run away? No one prays for suffering, but it is good to start small and end big, than start big and end small. The problem is that the description majority of girls give of their ideal man is virtually the same. When 50 girls want the same kind of man and the man that fits what they want is just 1 man, and the man can only pick one. Then, what becomes of 49 others? They simply start lamenting of “Husband Scarcity”.
Another irony of our time is that it is hard, due to the face of our economy to find a man who is of marriage age who possesses all those things these ladies want, legally (except those involved in Internet fraud); even the number of those in Internet fraud is not enough to match all those searching for already made husbands. If you look around, majority of the ladies of substance, of good value and virtue, who are ready to build a home with a man who has prospects, are married and not complaining of husband scarcity. The easiest way to find a husband now, is to change your view of who a husband is.
A husband is that man God made and then saw that it may be hard for him to really actualize his purpose for making him, without a help mate and then made the woman and gave to him, and he felt complete and fulfilled MARRIAGE IS NOT A POVERTY ALLEVIATION PROGRAM. It is a mission of building the family of God here on earth. For those who see marriage as a way out of poverty, it is a way into bondage. Women are HOME BUILDERS, not HOME WARMERS… DON’T CONFUSE A MAN’S PATH WITH HIS DESTINY. Where he is today, may only be a route to where God has destined him to be tomorrow.
Another truth is that YOU MAY BE THE ONLY FAST MEANS TO THAT HIS DESTINATION. Join in alleviating “husband scarcity”. PICK UP THE RIGHT VALUES. I am not saying that you should pick anyone that comes your way and talks of marriage, not all men are husband materials. What I am saying is that you should stop setting your standard on material acquisitions or physical appearances. Look beyond the physical. WHAT MAKES A MAN WHO HE IS, IS NOT WHAT HE OWNS OR HOW HE LOOKS, IT IS WHAT HE IS MADE UP OF. And that which he is made of is, most times, not seen with the physical eyes, only its effects can be seen. Marriage is a permanent thing. Whatever is seen is temporal and that which is not seen is permanent. copied

Because...

In Nigeria arrest is used as a punishment, arrest is used to disgrace citizens, arrest is used to show that "I pass my neighbor", arrest is used to flex both political and economic muscles.

Because...

Agba Jalingo wrote about the grand corruption in the Cross River State microfinance bank, they invited him for questioning on the 19th of August, 2019, Agba requested for a shift to the 26th of August, 2019, the police agreed and even shifted the date to the 3rd of September, 2019... Then they stormed his house on Thursday, the 22nd of August, 2019 in Lagos to bundle him in kidnappers-style, right before his wife and folks.

Because...

You must praise the Governor and his government if not you will be declared an enemy of the state, only those who sing the praises of the government are recognized as lovers of the state.

Okay, Agba Jalingo said, you have arrested me, let's fly to Calabar, they said no. We must use road. We must leave 3am in the night. Agba Jalingo said "I will pay for the flight." They said no, we must use road.

Because...

This arrest is just to make you suffer, it's just to prove a point to you that the governor is more powerful than you are. Agba Jalingo said "I already know that he is more powerful, I have written about that too... Let's fly to Calabar." They say no. We must use road.

Because...

They want to arrive Calabar late on Friday, so that it will be too late to go to court, so that they can remand him in police cell till Monday. That's the victory they want: to lock him up all through the weekend. And I say they are small minded indeed. Any one who sees a victory in locking up a critic for a few days is indeed a coward and small minded person.

Did they still move 3am this morning? Where is Agba Jalingo? Did they move and they have been kidnapped? Will he be declared dead by car crash later? We don't know. We can't reach Agba Jalingo. We can only pray they bring him to Calabar safely so that we can defend him in court.

As for you, dear reader, don't worry. Keep keeping quiet. We know why.

Because...

Your blog is now payrolled by the government, because you are looking for appointment, because there is food in your mouth...

Tomorrow is very near. The dragon you ignore today will consume you tomorrow. Remember that once upon time, in the recent past, Agba Jalingo was the Governor's friend. But don't worry, I will be here for you too, to issue a statement, to offer you my wig and gown.

Because...

I was here for Ifere Paul, for Joseph Odok, for Inyali Peter (who works for the governor now), and many others.

Because...

This is what I do: speak against injustice and human rights violation. I can't help it.

Let nothing happen to Agba Jalingo. Let nothing happen to him. Bring him safely to Calabar. Let him have his day in court. And those who think this arrest can silence him don't really don't him.

*TIME FOR SINCERE PROPER SELF REVALUATION:*

**In Nigeria, we are just a dishonest, unpatriotic and ungodly human beings on the path of self destruction* .

_A shame on our race._

*I totally agree with the following by Bar Ola Kunle Allison: who says*
*Religion is not our albatross in Nigeria* .

It has never been.

*WE ARE JUST A SICK INDIGENOUS PEOPLE BLAMING EVERYTHING* _BUT OURSELVES._

I just saw a short documentary on *CNN* about the *Emirate of Dubai (an Islamic State)* and *her many disruptive and record-breaking technological/innovative strides, and my heart sank into despair* .

*Dubai* is NOT a *country* . It is just *one out of seven emirates that make up the UAE* .

An Islamic country which declared *independence* from *Great Britain* in *1971* .

Yet, *Dubai is the fastest growing Science and ICT hub in the world. Yes, you read that correctly; in the world!*

As I watched the documentary and *marveled at the unbelievable leaps in education, innovation and infrastructure achieved within 50years,* I began to compare *the emirate with our own Emirate of Sokoto and Emirate of Kano back home.*

```Folks, the difference is a universe apart.```
*Did you know that the Emirate of Dubai has singlehandedly launched 2 satellites into Space?*
Did you know that the last *launched spacecraft* had the *innovative signature of a Dubai teenage girl on it?*
*A teenager who dreams to be the first astronaut on Mars* .
Did you know that by 2020 the Dubai emirate will be launching *its first Mars Exploration Spacecraft?*
Did you know that the Dubai emirate currently has the largest number of *FOREIGN RESEARCH SCIENTISTS AND ICT EXPERTS IN THE WORLD?*
*This is a deeply culturally Islamic State prioritizing Science, Technology and Futurism.*
What then is different about their own *practice of Islam and the ones we have here at home?*
What is different about their practice of *Islam* which *encourages a teenage girl to aspire to Mars* while *emirates at home marry off under aged girls?*
What is different about their practice of Islam *which prioritizes innovations and science* , while even *Churches* back at home only *prioritize buildings and tithing?*
*Guys, religion is not Nigeria's albatross.*
Anyone who argues *otherwise* is *thinking fallaciously.* Nigeria is messed up because we *have our own issues.*
_Our orientation, our mindset, our value-system, our sociocultural ethics, our ways are deeply_ *ANTIPROGRESSIVE!*
I just saw men in *Arabic gowns and women in Arabic purdah* (the moderate ones) having a dialogue about championing the next *frontiers in science and innovations.*
*Any so-called Christian who defends the kind of Christianity we practice in this country is part of the problem.*
For now, the *Emirate of Dubai* is the *leader of the Arab World* .
*PROFESSOR ISA HUSSAINI OF FACULTY OF PHARMACY UNIVERSITY OF MAIDUGURI WROTE* :
*OUR WICKEDNESS STINKS TO THE HEAVENS AS WE GO ABOUT OUR DAILY LIVES, PULLING DOWN EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING TO BECOME RICH.*
We import substandard products, fake drugs and expired baby food unfit for human consumption and *we have the nerve to complain about leadership?*
*We even steal from widows, orphans, weaklings and refugees. We take their food and sell it for profit. No conscience.*
Nothing is sacred. No one is spared.
*WE BUILD SUBSTANDARD ROADS, SCHOOLS, HOUSES, HOSPITALS, ALL FOR PROFIT AT THE EXPENSE OF HUMAN LIFE;AN INVALUABLE ITEM WHICH ALL OUR PROFIT AND CONTRACT SUM CANNOT BUY.*
One would think this behavior is reserved for urchins *but it would surprise you that this is the character of many decent looking people who appear to be normal but are not any better than Boko Haram members.*
_They are church members, Muslims, husbands, wives and sadly youths_ .
We have fasting and prayer sessions all year long, night vigils and deliverance when the actual problem is *us* .
This government has been characterized with gross political tribalism cum nepotism of the highest ordered.
The PMB lead government, has brought back total corruption which has hindered Nigeria process both locally and internationally.
See, nest time don't ever talk of constitution that is not even been considered by this government.
The only country that operate without considering constitutional provision, the administration that did not obey court order .
Even, which constitution?
The constitution that is like EDICT?
The only constitution that is of military made off?, the constitution that gave president the do and undo?
Pls if you don't know, we don't longer operated Democracy, we are operating on the government of the north, by the north and for the north.
