If you follow Atiku's arguments he is right. North has ruled for 10 years while south has ruled for 18 years. So where is the balance here.

When we say to Obi that the easy way you can become president is by deputising for Atiku otherwise Atiku may lose out and Obi will lost out too. Tinubu will not win any core North ahead of Atiku this time.

If you look at the reasons he listed and documents that NDC did not provide. It was approved by INEC based on a court order. He might pursue it to supreme court level and if supreme court will look at the merit of the case. This is the implications to this kind of approval and why I believe the Supreme court could intervene in a way that could affect NDC. Who ever wants to form a party might start going through court with such interventions.

There is a massive campaign among some northerners, particularly supporters of Atiku Abubakar, Nasir El-Rufai and some people that call themselves Elite Buharists that they will work against Dr Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso. They believe that there was a great opportunity to remove Tinubu from office and return power to the north, but that Kwankwaso is sabotaging that opportunity by attempting to split votes.

These people have been spreading all kinds of conspiracy theories that Kwankwaso is working for Bola Tinubu and that's why the Kano State governor defected to the APC. They say that Kwankwaso has struck some kind of deal with APC so that he would become president in 2031.

They say that they are going to work against Kwankwaso in the north and they want to see how he will sell Peter Obi in the north.

Kwankwaso supporters have been responding by criticising Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.

In 2023 election they told Kwankwaso not to contest but he went ahead. So it's not today thing. They have seen Kwankwaso as a betrayer long since then that is why Obidients celebrating Obi n Kwankwaso is just comedy.

What we should know is that it can only take the whole coalition to beat Tinubu. Obi is just acting as if he doesn't know that. Obi is pretending and acting like he can do it but he knows what he is about to face. Nigeria election and politics is like game of thrones.
Look at what Trump campaign on and about the vote. He would say make it too big for it to be rigged. APC will easily rig 2027 election and Obi will come again crying. But as a coalition it's very difficult to do that.
