It is Atiku's group fighting back. This has absolutely nothing to do with Tinubu or ADC.

First, Ardo is a long time associate of Atiku from Adamawa and they are still very close. He is an ADC member too.

Second, before Atiku joined ADC, he and his associates attempted to register ADA, which was rejected by INEC. It was this Ardo that was leading the charge to register ADA. They are disappointed that INEC approved NDC but not ADA.

Now Atiku's group wants to use the INEC's lack of consistency against NDC. I also think Atiku's group want to use this to get back at Obi and Kwankwaso.


Try to get your facts right next time. This has nothing to do with Tinubu.

This is misleading because before Obi came to that party Ardo has asked INEC to deregistered them and before Ardo another political party that INEC failed to register has asked INEC to do same.
So the matter was on before now so because of the party is gaining followers you can now expect Ardo and the first party that sued them before to continue their fight.

Supreme Court just postponed the inevitable. The ADC with David Mack has violated the Party's Constitution. At the trial court, they will be dissolved by which time, they would not have enough time to join another party, conduct another primary or pick a Presidential Candidate.

The Best thing ADC folks can do is to defect to another party with proper legal standing. Good luck...this is not a WIN.

Let me educate you if you care to. Before Mark leadership came onboard. ADC had to rectified their constitution regarding those aspect of their constitution that could cause them problem. So they already removed those bottlenecks in their part constitution. All that is going on is just the hand of APC. We should stop fooling ourselves that APC is not responsible.

The judiciary does not care about your timeline. They go case by case. High court might not get to the ADC case again until November. Courts everywhere are slow. Thousands of cases. Different steps in each case. Its turn by turn. I'm sure that's why David Mark wanted to jump all the steps and rushed to Supreme court so they can get final judgement (but supreme court cant judge a case that has not been heard by the lower court.)
These are the reasons why you resolve your party differences in-house without going to court. That is wisdom and leadership.
Some governors have won election in Nigeria, started office and later removed by the courts when judgement was later served on an ongoing case.

You cant rush the judiciary anywhere in the world o. Just avoid wahala.

You need to go for learning before you engage intelligent mind on issues. Political matters are not civil matters. Political activities have time frame which the court are aware of. You are coming with unintelligent arguments of thousands of cases. All political court cases have time frame that the court is obliged to ensure conclusion before the period to enable them take alternative path just in case it doesn't favour the other party involved. I don't like dullness and I appreciate smart arguement.
Don't be blinded by support for a political party to think out of the box.

Commenting from a person that support Atiku's presidential bid to Obi. I believe Atiku has a better chances to win Tinubu than Obi. The Supreme Court has done that several times.

Matters are different. You can't be delaying this particular matter when INEC time table this time was schemed to disenfranchised people. If the judgement is delayed and does not favour them INEC time table create a situation that will not enable them to join another political party because according to the law to contest an election you should have spent some period there which they put there because they have created all these problems for that purpose.
