The basic qualification is secondary school cert, so having a university cert is over qualified, so you are right, BUT in tinubu's case, there's no secondary School cert or even primary school cert in his resume, so the only viable documents that he can rest on is his Chicago university degree certificate, the problem now is, the opposition are claiming that the particular one he presented to inec is a forgery, to break it down, an original certificate MAY exist but they are claiming that the particular one he submitted to inec is fake.

Tinubu academic record is of no use to Atiku. Its release is irrelevant to Atiku's Case and that's why Atiku did not mention it in his Appeal to Supreme Court.
