am from orsumoghu in ihiala lga of Anambra state. when I had mine in 2008 it was 160k for the items on the list and 1k for the brideprice. when my sister did hers in 2011 it was 220k for the items on the list and 1k for the bride price. why the difference was much btw the two was that I told them my husband was a pastor and I was given a list that doesn't have alcohol or beer just palmwine and schnapps for the umunna's blessings while my sister took the list with alcohol and beer. Yes, they will. I was born and brought up in ilesha by igbo parents but I was named oluwashina likewise my siblings and that is the name we are called there anytime we travel back home.
