I get your points too, those complaints only came after they were sacked. Nobody heard bout any complaints from them before the whole incidents. The tried to use the right means to table negotiations with the Mgmt, the least the mgmt would have done is to hear them out, not sack them outrightly .

The issue of paying well, this tread has a payslip of an engineering staff ( graduate) . I know you may think it's high, but some of us that has quite few experiences in this industry this is nothing but slavery. Unless the company can prove that it's not earning enough to pay more than this, so I don't want to blame the company bout salaries. I'm only concerned bout welfare, and good working conditions

Nobody forced them in accepting the poor offer, for me I don't go near dangote advert, so it's your choice, because I know he can't pay me my worth despite being the richest man in Africa
