That's not true. I also did fast track and it took almost 2 months back and forth. I don't know why they requested for hardcopies from the institution again after my initial uploads. I ended up pay over 200k for nonsense in the school.. so frustrating..

Do they have the Hardcopies now? And have they issued the statement to you now?

I also applied for ecctis. I uploaded the copies of the documents requested aka certificate, student copy transcripts as well as a letter from University confirming medium of teaching was in English.
I am yet to hear back from them although it's within the SLA delivery period of d standard service.
I've had a look at the ecctis website and can't see anywhere it requests for hard copies. Are you saying that it's a compulsory additional requirement to send across hardcopies? Is there any other person that's done the ecctis process recently here that didn't require sending hardcopies?

if they need you to send Hardcopies, they will send you a message in your Account and you will get a notification via email.

I can put you through. I just did mine. But they wasted my time sha.

After uploading all the original documents, they still requested that the school should send Hard copies of the documents.

started processing in February, got it in April.

others are of the opinion that it's because I did not do a fast track service.

I did standard that should take 10 working days.

Any application submitted before April 12th will be evaluated on the former Minimum wage.

But any application from April 12th will be evaluated on the new rate

They gave me a tracking number. I have been checking but it keeps saying "No record found"

I called Customer service of EMS. They said I cannot verify the status using EMS tracking number because it has changed the moment it was handed over to another Agent.

Now I am confused. From whom do I get the New tracking Number? EMS, the Agent or the University?

Go and do IELTS jeje.

NARIC can disappoint you if you want something fast.

Even after you upload all required documents. They may still request for Hard copies to be sent from your university. it seems they don't trust Nigerians uploaded Certificate, MOI and transcripts.

I experienced same wahala with them
