You should go enrol for an MBA Management program before you enter management, it requires different skill set, if not, its gonna be disastrous for any of your partners/ client.

If you can get sound tokunbo one, is better. The new ones in my experience can serve you for a little while . Then when it's hot car will begin jerking and off. My experience however.
