monkeyleg: @Ogusbaba, You be my bro or sis, so I cannot too vex with you. we all want a prosperous Delta state that works for everyone, no matter the Tribe you or I or the other folks on this post are. A Delta state that works will be beneficial to all. It has very little to do with whose person is in there, rather we have a group of very talented hard working honest Deltans delivering services for the people. I love Delta state and my people, and not even the likes of Uduaghan and his wicked winches can do anything about it. Uduaghan can cheat and steal my money, but he can never take away my integrity, that I know I have over him
@Monkeyleg beta all said, weldone am a He. But see my funny act

PoliticsLetter To All Nigerian Leaders- Why Nigerian Leaders Marry More Than One Wife by ogusbaba1(op): 2:08pm On Jan 12, 2013
Dear Sir.
Nigeria leaders have so much disappointed the nation as result of marrying more than one wife. Most of our leaders are traced from the Islamic and Christian background. In those days, Nigeria as a local society practiced peasant farming and by the act of peasant farming, women were being married to take up this exercise of growing more crops. So, marrying more than one wife was due to extensive farming, only king Solomon of the Bible married more than one wife due to his riches.

In the Islamic world marrying up to four women is their principle. It is not a crime or offence, but great men and women of God have restricted themselves to one man one woman. Most of our leaders went to schools and behaved ignorantly without second thought. In Britain, France,USA, China and many other developed nations classified marriage as a contract with defensible fine if occurred is divorce. In the western world, leaders respect other wives while African leaders placed titled respect on theirs.
There is certainly none of our viable leaders in Nigeria who have not indulged in marrying more than one wife, personalities like late M.K.O Abiola, Olusegun Obasnjo, Nyako, Yerima and a host of others cannot be forgotten in a hurry. Senators in Nigeria are involved in marrying more than five wives, with numerous girl-friends. The recent fight in Adamawa State over who becomes the first lady, considering the fact that the governor (Nyako) has four wives is a critical Dilemma among Nigeria Leaders. Fame and wealth attract more women to leaders .
Gen. Babangida once introduced marriage policy that a man must marry more than one wife and with at least four children in order to adopt family planning policy to ameliorate the suffering families. That policy did not hold water. If a leader believes. He /she runs the affairs both financially and spiritually, including every other endeavours automatically, no problem. The rising population of women in Nigeria is more than men. Every woman has the right to marry any man that is available. No constitution in Nigeria states that every leader must marry only one wife. If a man knows he can continue with his massive concubines, but I will personally will not advice any leader to marry more than one wife. Leaders must indicate good example to their followers. Marrying more than one wife cause huge distractions to the leader. Many women, many problems to face. Every leader must undergo marriage training in a fact of life, A senator marries seven wives, with many children. The high level of poverty is increasing at geometric level as a result of multiple women in the country. Our leaders must live holy life. Bill Cliton, George Bush, and other foreign leaders are married to one wife, respectively, with enthusiastic love for one another. All Leaders should be conscious with their private lives, rather than exposing it to the world.
Christain Amos.
