Aba is a waste dumping ground with bad roads, I just wish that money could be put to better use.

Oga forget matter. I left Uyo two weeks ago to go buy stuffs in Aba and those pictures OP uploaded are not even an inch away from the truth. I cab boldly state without fear that Ebonyi state has far better federal roads and state Roads than Abia state. Anywhere you are coming from, into Abia, the roads are terrible, even within abia, in aba and umuahia, same. Umuahia roads are very narrow.


I can boast that Ebonyi is a lot neater and developed than Abia state. Abia only has advantage of commerce and Ebonyi advantage of agriculture.

These abia people are stubborn and will resist any chance to have a better governor. #spits

This stupid picture you posted is a Federal Road. Umuahia has zero issues with road. Umuahia probably has the best road network in the country.
I was in Lagos last week and I saw more disgusting and gory sights there. Am I supposed to come here and open a thread so my kinsmen would dance and mastvrbate over the misfortune of Yorubastard people? We can pray that our leaders are alive to their responsibilities and obligations to the people. What we should be demanding is quality leadership across board.

Like someone already said Umuahia is a glorified local govt while aba is a refuse dump site.

I am in umuahia now. This is what people are passing through right now.

Umuahia is competing with Aba roads.

So those red sand means reconstruction? Below is the current state of Faulks road 2days ago. It is the only major road in Aba. The point is that the gov is not doing anything.

The pictures are new pictures that i snapped. Beside there is always stagnant waters all over Aba even though the dry season.

Abia state is in ruins.

Condition of roads on the major towns of Aba and Umuahia is a cause for worry.

I was in Abia state for a trad and weddings but I was disappointed on the state of things in the state. There is hardly any motorable road in the state be it Aba or Umuahia. Filth is covering almost everywhere. Please gov Okezie do something.
