I want to think that this people are core civil servants and have been in government long b4 this party came to power. You would not think that they are doing all of these cause it is no longer bizness as usual. It should be your & my bizness to make sure these people are brought to book as a deterrent to others.

Am I have been to catholic church before. They worship God through Jesus. Jesus is often mentioned during their worship. And they honor Mary also. Then there is this. Image of Mary which they place for remembrance and also a statue of Jesus. But I have never seen them worshiping Mary ooo.
It's like they call Mary to intercede for them as they pray. My own observation

Is her own birth family or someone in her birth family advising her to behave this way??

If you can, postpone this wedding. You should have postponed the traditional one too.
