Boss, I wasn't even considering anything like him issuing me a refund when I told him about the nick, My suggestion was that he replaces the device. He was the same person who told me to tell my client to come see the phone first before we take any further step. Client came and inspected, he said this is not what he was expecting. I had to contact ohiomoba5, as soon as i told him client didn't accept the phone he started to point all fingers at the driver. He said he wouldn't take any responsibility whatsoever.. tbh that's crap, this man is dubious. This is not the first nor Will it be the last time I'll be buying anything from nairaland. I've had similar issues with sellers here. But it got resolved quickly without any need for dispute. 1: because of their good customer relation and 2: because they know how to do what's right. But this man right here ohiomoba5 hmm..

Me, I don't want any wahala sha. Someone asked me to help him get him a mint iphone xr. I contacted ohiomoba5 , and asked questions regarding the phone. I repeatedly asked him if the phone was mint.. he kept on reassuring me that it was mint(that it's more like brand new self) I told my client about the deal.. he said as long as it's mint then okay (most people here really don't know what a mint device actually is) mint isn't the same as clean. A mint phone should be free from any defects or dents. This same phone also have a slight dent at the bottom edge but I considered it insignificant. My main concern was the Nick on the camera glass. Buyer said he won't accept it(I don't blame him, cuz this wasn't what he was expecting) the phone didn't come as discribed. I was even trying to reason with him so he can replace the phone with another one instead of a refund. But he kept on saying he won't take any responsibility. That I should go ahead and do anything I want to do(If this isn't the definition of a dubious person then I don't know what is)

Boss i belive I've bought a device from you and I am quite certain you are not a scammer but the salient thi g here is, did you describe phone as mint to the client ? Ig you did then he has every right to request for a refund of the item doesn't fit the description you gave him. Even if you send videos or a thousand pictures, we all know most times the representation on the pics tend to be different from the actual thing. If the you and the buyer can reach a compromise fine , if he insists on a refund and he is willing to send the phone back to you in lag , I dont see any reason why you wouldn't accept it. It's possible he doesn't want a device any blemish .

But y'all should try to understand something that the term uk used or us used however mint its captioned one should always factor for a teeny weeny bit of wear and tear . Especially when jts negligible.
