Seriously ? I don't have issues with anyone here. I think you are the problem here, I don't have time to argue with you or anyone. I am here to benefit from the thread, not to argue just like you want to argue with everyone. I've used Mi A2, Redmi Note 7 & Note 8 and Redmi has earned my respect which I even recommend the brand to family and friends. I am not limited to using of One Brand only, as far as I have the money to buy any phone, I can which ever brand it is. But take note, I've never used any transsion phone in my life like wise Samsung. I've used LG, Sony, Motorola, LEeco, Nokia, Huawei & Honor, Xiaomi, Lenovo and Realme. I am a fan of Redmi and can recommend and defend the brand anywhere I go but that doesn't mean we should turn blind in saying the truth. Just as you think you have experience, also others might have the experience that you don't have. Let's say the truth always and there won't be any argument here.

Hello everyone I recently acquired the mi smart band 4.
The Xiaomi Mi Band 4 is a wearable activity tracker produced by Xiaomi Inc. It was released in China on 16 June 2019, in Europe on 26 June 2019 and in India on 19 September 2019.
It has a super capacitive AMOLED display and features 24/7 heart rate monitoring, fitness tracker (swimming, cycling, walking etc),
Sleep tracker (to monitor your sleep) on how well or bad you are sleeping.
App notification alerts (calls, whatsapp, Facebook, sms etc).
If you own the device or intend to own one, let's all gather here so we can all learn a trick or two and as well help each other out.

my first mobile phone was the Motorola f3, God ! i loved this phone,its uniqueness was miles from any phone i ve placed my hands on. i didn't care about what people say about it having a face of a calculator nd its audible voice (yea u heard that right,the phone can actually speak.lol), i enjoyed the scrutiny that came along with the phone,whoever that lays eyes on it would think its some kind of alien machine due to it sleek portability but on operation next thing t will be to laughout loud "omoh na calculator be this o" will be the next utterance and to add salt to everything it can speak the local dialect fleuntly igbo,Yoruba...dem . Maybe thats what the pson that stole it actually thought he had in his possession when i pleaded with him to release it to me but if i had known twill end in a wild goose chase,i wouldn't have bordered myself but i stll tried my best, on getting to the designated point of collection i called him to find out were his actual location was, only for me to hear a girls voice probably his girlfriend telling me he has travelled living the device behind,kuku kill me now! i went home exhausted nd broken. Well to cut the long story short i was later compensated with nokia 1209 some months later, but still the love for my beloved lost motorola F3 still lingers on.

Took a selfie with the same camera on Gcam and stock cam.. The difference is like Genesis to Revelation.... Why cant all those developers work For a better stock cam on Xiaomi

Fast forward,item was shipped(which i provided a tracking number to your guy),but after 2-3 weeks i promised,unfortunately the item did not arrive,i suspected my worst fears have come to past,because at the moment,this issue is not only affecting your guy only,i have about 15-20 phones facing the same fate as well,the item must have probally gotten lost in transist,or its been delayed due to the december festive season,which shipping is usually overwhelmed.,you guy kept calling me,i kept giving him assurance that there is still likely hopes that his item arrives,the coming week.
But sadly still the item did not arrive,
So your friend,gladly asked me for a way forward,due to the fact that his current phone is giving him serious issues,i understood his plight,and explained to him that,when such issue arise,the only option left to us is to be patient and wait for the phone to arrive,or wait for the purchase protection time to expire befor we can file a dispute and get his refund for him,surely he was obvously not happy with that,
I as well gave him another third option due to his current situation which i felt really bad for,
The option was that i give him a brand new xiaomi redmi note 7 4gb/128gb,all he had to do was add 15k to what he paid earlier,and he could come pick that one up immiediately,which was a far better deal than what he would get at the current market price which sells for over 70k,.he told me it was a good deal,he wants to take sometime to think over it,and get accross to his boss,which is the OP,
Next thing i got was a call from the OP flaring up on the phone,shouting and screaming at me,saying,why hasnt the guy gotten his phone,why have i not refunded the guy and all sorts,i tried to calm the op down to explain the aliexpress process to him,but he was having none of it,he called me a liar,a dubious person,that i have to refund the guy immiediately,that he has experience with aliexpress,and he knows aliexpress doesnt have such policies where buyers hav to wait 60 days befor they can file a dispute,and get refund,
I even went as far and show him picture evidence of what the purchase protection is,but the op refused blantantly.
He later came to a conclusion that the final solution to this issue was for him to come to nairaland,with the sole purpose of soiling and spoiling my reputation on nairaland so others wont fall for the same tricks and tactics which he claimed i used on him(that was the exact op words),he insisted he would come on nairaland to spoil my name,my business,,and i pleaded with him he shld not do that,that we can always settle this issue amicably as matured people that we are,
Even the guy that paid for the phone is actually more understanding that what the op turned out to be.which in all honesty,i dont blame him for that.
