Can you list out all the items that belong to you in the building that are for sale in case the buyer wants to move them to another building?

Pictures? Daily/monthly turnover? Reason for selling?

I don't think you answered the question. If it is money how much and what are the T&Cs
?

What is the size of each shop and which road are they on?

Why don't you try to create a website where you can list the book by category and prices. You can start with a free blogging site and fully develop an ecommerce website later.

Even if you don't own the business, you can still do this and keep running it later after you open your own store.

How are the produced water currently sold? Does the owner have his/her own trucks that supply people or do the buyers come there to buy?

Just two quick questions:

1. Since your raft beams are already high, is there any significant difference in the raft foundation cost (in terms of reinforcement and slab thickness) between the two sections of the building i.e the flat and the duplex?

2. What would be the approximate cost of a carcass (foundation to roof, including roofing sheets and plastering) for the duplex only part of the building of similar size with the same you are building now (I believe the duplex is the one with the pent house)? What is the area (sqm) it occupies? The location is around Ajah too.
