Hi guys, the last paragraph is not really clear to me cos I told them I will collect it in person and now collection in person is not permitted. Has anyone been able to collect his/her ppt in person @ VFS in Lagos recently? What’s the experience like, please share.

Though the extra verification required part is dicey.Hope you provided sufficient evidence for your spouse and entire application. Note that sufficient evidence is quite subjective when it comes to IRCC as ot depends on perception of case officer

One more thing,when did ur wife contact MP as if it was long ago then your BVL yesterday suggests things have progressed beyond the update u shared

We contacted two MPs. We have been contacting a particular one since but he didn’t respond until this morning after sending two emails in 2months. The second MP we mailed assured us of responding in two weeks time after filling an authorization form.

Yes, we submitted enough evidence. We are hopeful. The waiting is something else.

Hi guys, my wife got this response from MP this morning. Yesterday, I got a correspondence letter. I’m confused as I don’t know if this is a soft landing on getting a Passport Request. Please, at what time does it take to get a P Request after a correspondence letter? Help pls as I need clarification.

Submitted (SWOP) application - Sept 28
Medicals Passed - Jan 18
Correspondence Letter - March 24

Still hopeful

Hi Guys, I just got my correspondence letter for SWOP. What’s next please. What a long wait. I’m positive and hoping for the best by God’s grace.

Emails like 30
Webforms like 20

Plenty emails engaging MP left right and center
When we entered Feb no update I started sending mails everyday to Nairobi everyday except weekends.

PPR came in 21 FEB

God will do it for all of us

Finally got a response from IRCC regarding my medical (passed) status since September 28th 2022 after sending a webform. I am hopeful for a successful outcome. It can only be God almighty.

Please what’s is the period to get an approval after getting a medical status?

May God almighty answer all our secret prayers.

I applied in July, 2022. I applied for GCMS notes and it stated that criminal checks and medical passed. Information sharing in progress. I have sent countless webforms and emails. My spouse has contacted MP, who has also reached out to IRCC without any positive response. MP categorically said there's nothing he could do.

At this rate, I am hoping on God Almighty....

Them no get choice. Them must approve us. �

Hello guys,

Please I need advice.

I had applied for a VV sometime in May 2022 and after a long wait with no response. So we decided to apply for SWP and submitted September 28, 2022. Although, we sent an email to withdraw the VV application since we didn’t want to run two applications simultaneously and got a feedback response notification of the withdrawal for the VV based on our request. It’s was at this period we got a mail confirming the biometric I did when applying for the VV.

Today makes it exactly 3month for the application on SWP and we haven’t gotten any feedback when we check the portal.

Application - September 28
Upfront Medicals - No response
The rest - No response

Processing time is 24 weeks. Do I need to send a mail again or lay a complaint via webform.

The waiting is killing. I miss my wife. It’s almost a year without her now. Ema gbami ke.

Its suspicious, since nobody can complain, why sell †нє forms?, they should have just listed out their candidate names for training instead of selling forms for hoping graduates to make huge amt of money. GOD is watching.
