I wonder wats happening wit edo state interview invitatn. Abi politicians don hijack d process. |
There is NO graduate that studied Driving in any instituition. |
The Ministry of Power is so meessed up, aw do u expect graduates in Nigeria who have gone through so much hustle in trying to acquire a degree to make payment for another training, this is useless the management needs to re-address this. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Science and Technology, give free training to graduates with Upper credit, Distinction and 2.1 in all field of engineering from the six geopolitical zones in their Scientific Equipment Development institutes all over the state. Why can't Ministry of power do the same. For more of such training if you are interested and have the qualifications, they should be enrolling now, accomodation, feeding, transportation, monthly allowances and training all free for 6 months. I went through it and have my certificate now. |

Please someone in the office should help us ask the office of the Vice-President, or preferably the DG NEMA, what is happening. Because i am aware they lack manpower to manage disaster in this present day Nigeria. Seun pls visit their office for nairalanders could u? |
hello everyone, i have read thru all comments and i must say that the trend in electrical engineering is really becoming so wide. Let me also say that i am a graduate of electrical/electronics engineering(majored in Power/Machine option) from Auchi Polytechnic, i graduated in 2009 with an Upper-Credit, and when i went for service in 2010 in Maiduguri, Borno State. I attended some lectures in the University of Maiduguri, and i must say being an engineering is good, but come to think of it we build, they occupy, but our renumeration and recognition is not significant, well that's topic for anytym. I went into the university anyway to study a new course which was only offered in six geo-political universities nationwide, PGD DISASTER RISK MANAGEMENT.If u ask why the trend of today has necessitated this move from being an electrical engineering to a disaster manager, note Safety is part of engineering, which was the reason i did it. This program was initiated by NEMA, but even until date haven't offered employment to anybody. My point is that you need to be abreast with the trend and follow, gone are the days of acquiring computer certifications, then came the banking sector and so on, now its about environment, safety and health, tomorrow something else would come up. So fellow engineers and aspirants the economy doesn't really give you an option. Am still out here now, going thru several interviews for job. Allow me humor you a bit, EMEKA IKE the NOLLYWOOD ACTOR STUDIED ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, BUT TODAY HE IS A MOVIE DIRECTOR/ACTOR. |
i just observed that more than 85% Nigerian men between the age of 30 and above suffer issue of blood pressure. What is the cause, and how can it be resolved. |
