Okay. Thank you.

Then he should contact UKVI immediately. It's a paid service though.

Can his friend in UK call on his behalf?

Good morning house. I have a brother that was invited by his friend whom is a British citizen. His application has passed the 15 working days timeline. Please I want to ask if his friend that invite him can call the home office to make enquiry about his application? Is like 22 working days now. Thanks.

I have seen that section and it stated that you will be awarded 10points if you have met the English language requirement before.

So you don't need to evaluate your certificate with Uk Naric again. Just make sure that you completed the form properly to reflect that

Thanks for your help sir. When I read those paragraphs I was thinking it was only applicable to those applying for Tier 2 Extension/Leave to remain. I don't know it's also applicable to those reapplying for entry clearance after the 12month cooling - off period. Thanks and God bless you sir.

Have you gone through the guidance note to see if you need to evaluate it again since you have successfully applied before?

Go through the guidance note first to see if there is any help.

If there is non then go ahead and evaluate it else you will be refused without NARIC supporting letter

What I read from the guidance is not clear enough sir. There is an heading on Tier 2 guidance called PREVIOUS GRANT OF LEAVE which says people can claim 10 points for English language proficiency based on their immigration history. I also checked caseworkers guidance to see. Am trying to upload the screenshots of what I read from caseworkers guidance and Tier 2 migrant about English language proficiency but it's not uploading. Please sir can you also help me to read paragraph 158, page 40 of Tier 2 workers guidance and page 78 of caseworkers guidance sir. When I got my Tier 2 then it was through the point based calculator I checked my degree status but now i noticed people needs to send to UKNARIC but based on the content of those paragraphs which talk about PREVIOUS GRANT OF LEAVE am confused sir. Thanks

You need to apply for VISA AND NATIONALITY but if you are not sure then contact Naric UK for clarification

Ok sir. I will apply for VISA AND NATIONALITY. Though I was in the UK before as a Tier 2 general migrant and left in 2016 without applying for leave to remain. When I applied i only presented my degree certificate and a letter from my university to proof English language proficiency. So I don't know if it's necessary to still show my English language proficiency through NARIC again for my new Tier 2 application or I don't have to. I mean if 10 points will be given to me based on Previous Tier 2 visa.

What type of visa are you applying for?

Tier 2 minister of religion sir.

Those two will be given to you separately all addressed to UKBA

Am confused because I read on NARIC website that there is another statement called VISA AND NATIONALITY though the price is different from that of COMPARABILITY AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY so I want to know if i request for COMPARABILITY AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY PROFICIENCY alone it will be enough to show as proof. Did you understand what am saying sir?

Good morning house. Please I want to confirm from those that have used UK NARIC to prove their English language proficiency for Tier 2 visas. Is it the STATEMENT OF COMPARABILITY and ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY that is needed to get from UK NARIC or VISA AND NATIONALLY STATEMENT? Please a brother needs our help. Thanks

TLS is just a financial associate of UKVI and interviews only for student visas. My certificate of sponsorship was sent to me by my hospital in UK and that is what I applied with, alongside my Police Clearance certificate, TB-free Certificate and IELTS certificate

Ok. Thank you. But do you think someone who had previously been to the UK on Tier 2 visa still needs IELTS and police clearance certificate before they can apply for a new Tier 2 entry clearance from Nigeria?

Pls house what do I select here? I had a passport that expired last year but I never travelled with it.

Pick YES and explain you don't have travel history on it. Because your new passport will show your previous passport number

I was in a similar state as you this time last year. But in addition to what U attached, I added a family picture and letter from both parents. And my passport was deflowered. Just collected my Tier-2 (Work) visa yesterday.
Anyway, every application is unique in its circumstances

Please were you interviewed for the visa. If yes what were the questions asked? Thanks

I applies for the UK Tier 5 religious worker visa and my application was denied by the entry officer whow claims that the salary I was offered does not meet up with the UK minimum wage regulation system...but it was part of the immif ration law that ant body that works with a charity body, religious organization or community is to be exempted from the UK minimum wage.I have documents that states that my enployer is a charity organization they even wrote a letter along with my employment letter clearly statung all this ...I see no reason my application should be unfairly treated. ..meanwhile the application of my colleagues that we were both offered the same job, we're given the same document and we're to resume the same day was approved and grant entry. Please I'm so confused I don't know what to do

Please can you upload the refusal letter here? We're you or your colleagues interviewed when you did biometrics or on the phone?

I applied for a tier 2 visa with cos,but I forgot to submit my TB certificate at the Abuja visa center,I later approached the guy who attended to me,but he said he has posted the scanned documents and that there is nothing to worry about.
Its past 15 working days as stated on their mail for visa processing but am yet to get any feed back.
What can I do at this time?
Will this amount to an outright visa refusal?

What type of Tier 2 visa did you applied for? Please make sure you send them an email tonight or tomorrow morning on their paid email services. God forbid they might refuse you because of that alone ooo. We're you interviewed when you went for submission?

Good evening great people here. Please my aunt had been to the US before and gave birth to her daughter in the US. Whenever she goes she spent more than 6months and when she went again before her 2 years visa expired she was deported at port of entry for overstating beyond 6months on at each visit. Now she want to apply for Canadian visit visa with hotel reservation. Please what are the document she have to provide. She has a business that is not registered. Also she has landed properties and an ongoing building projects? And please how many months visa does Canadian embassy issue to applicants? Someone said they will issue the visa based on your passport validity. Is this true? Thanks.

You need to send your degree certificate, transcript and letter from your university to Naric UK to be evaluated, it will cost you about £152 including posting and it takes about a week. They will send you two letters of evaluation addressed to UKBA then add that to your documents to be sent to Sheffield.

Just open an account with them online then upload those documents and make the payment
Please sir if someone open an account with UKNARIC online and upload the necessary documents are they going to send the evaluation back to the applicant through an attachment for easy access because I learnt it takes months if the evaluation result is sent back to the applicant by post before it reaches Nigeria?
