In the middle of the multi-ethnic Tang dynasty, an Indo-European general named An Lushan started a civil war that has been called the second deadliest conflict in history after WWII. The Jurchens were especially brutal. In the "Jingkang Incident," they captured the Song dynasty capital and massacred, raped and enslaved the entire population, including the royal family of China. The emperor himself and 14,000 elites were forced to march all the way to the Jurchen capital, where they all became slaves or sex slaves. The Jurchens ruled the northern half of China with an iron fist, but they were eventually replaced by the Mongols, who conquered all of China.

The Mongols enforced a rigid caste system in which the "southern Chinese" were placed at the absolute bottom, below the "northern Chinese." The northern Chinese elites were not ethnically Chinese; they were the descendants of the foreign invaders who had repeatedly conquered the northern half of China for centuries. The rest of the population was a mongrelized byproduct of centuries of rape and race-mixing that irreversibly and forcibly changed the gene pool of China.

After the fall of the Han dynasty, the northern half of China was repeatedly conquered by various foreign invaders for almost 300 years during a time of total chaos and suffering. The foreign "barbarians" came in wave after wave, replacing previous conquerors and running a train of rape and destruction on the enslaved Chinese population.

After suffering almost 3 centuries of nonstop rape by all those different foreign ethnicities, the Chinese in the northern half of China became completely mongrelized. Indian doctors blame the Gates campaign for a devastating non-polio acute flaccid paralysis (NPAFP) epidemic that paralyzed 490,000 children beyond expected rates between 2000 and 2017. In 2017, the Indian government dialed back Gates’ vaccine regimen and asked Gates and his vaccine policies to leave India. NPAFP rates dropped precipitously.

In 2017, the World Health Organization (WHO) reluctantly admitted that the global explosion in polio is predominantly vaccine strain. The most frightening epidemics in Congo, Afghanistan, and the Philippines, are all linked to vaccines. In fact, by 2018, 70% of global polio cases were vaccine strain.

In 2014, the Gates Foundation funded tests of experimental HPV vaccines, developed by Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK) and Merck, on 23,000 young girls in remote Indian provinces. Approximately 1,200 suffered severe side effects, including autoimmune and fertility disorders. Seven died. In 2014, Kenya’s Catholic Doctors Association accused the WHO of chemically sterilizing millions of unwilling Kenyan women with a “tetanus” vaccine campaign. Independent labs found a sterility formula in every vaccine tested. After denying the charges, WHO finally admitted it had been developing the sterility vaccines for over a decade. Similar accusations came from Tanzania, Nicaragua, Mexico, and the Philippines.

A 2017 study (Morgenson et. al. 2017) showed that WHO’s popular DTP vaccine is killing more African children than the diseases it prevents. DTP-vaccinated girls suffered 10x the death rate of children who had not yet received the vaccine. WHO has refused to recall the lethal vaccine which it forces upon tens of millions of African children annually.

Global public health advocates around the world accuse Gates of steering WHO’s agenda away from the projects that are proven to curb infectious diseases: clean water, hygiene, nutrition, and economic development. The Gates Foundation only spends about $650 million of its $5 billion dollar budget on these areas. They say he has diverted agency resources to serve his personal philosophy that good health only comes in a syringe.

In addition to using his philanthropy to control WHO, UNICEF, GAVI, and PATH, Gates funds a private pharmaceutical company that manufactures vaccines, and additionally is donating $50 million to 12 pharmaceutical companies to speed up development of a coronavirus vaccine. Authorities of the Nigeria Army are preparing for a lockdown following the outbreak and continued spread of Coronavirus in the country.

In a classified document from the office of Chief of Army Staff, Yusuf Buratai, addressed to Army Headquarters and seen by SaharaReporters on Tuesday, personnel were advised to be on the alert as they could be deployed to various parts of the country in the coming days to help in the fight against Coronavirus in Nigeria.

The document further said that the army may likely get involved in an operation codenamed SECOND ELEVEN to help stop the spread of the virus.

The document signed by Lt Gen L.O. Adeosun, ordered commanders at all levels to suspend all events involving large gatherings such as meetings, briefings and conferences.

It also ordered suspensions of all foreign courses, conferences, seminars and other overseas trips by personnel.

The memo reads, “All Nigeria Army schools and training centres including the Army War College are to be closed down, while the closing hour for all formations and units has been pegged to 4:00pm except for those on essential duties.

“Planning on lease of excavators, truck, water tankers and other relevant vehicles to aid OP SECOND ELEVEN in the area of possible mass burial, water and essential food/drug supplies, forceful transfer of the sick to the hospital, enforcement of government movement restriction order, etc will be part of it.”

The activation of Op SECOND ELEVEN will see military personnel securing major food stores and government storage facilities for essential goods from looting, while also coordinating with the police and other law enforcement agencies in enforcing the restriction of movement and other directives from government.

While ordering immediate suspension of all leave and passes, Nigeria Army personnel are directed to be on maximum security alert and be ready for deployment as may be required.

“Commanders are to equally commence necessary training and drills in anticipation of possible activation of OP SECOND ELEVEN,” the memo states.

The memo, copied to all military formations across the country, admonishes personnel to abide strictly by the preventive guidelines issued by health authorities while urging anyone with symptoms of COVID-19 to report to the nearest military medical post for checks

Being a cop in the US is probably one of the most dangerous professions given that the US is filled with guns. Every police stop is a potential lethal encounter for either the cop or whoever the cop pulled over.

Cops are trained first to defend themselves and their operating manual calls for use of deadly force when they are facing an aggresively dangerous and armed suspect.

You shoot to kill once the use of authorized force has been justified and in this case it has.

Shooting to incapicate may lead to future expensive law suits that will definitely bankrupt the cop , have him fired and turn him to a destitute.
