Thanks boss. This one is actually a 24v ups. I got it without batteries, and I was thinking its a 12v ups. I tried it with 12v car battery, it was just making noise. That was why I came here to ask. I later tried 24v and it worked. I will condemn the internal panel,and turn it to a 12v inverter. Thats my plan

The smaller versions are 12v rated whilst the bigger et heavier specs are 24v units . Hope this helps ? Cheer's

They are 18650 Lithium Ion batteries I got from dead Laptop Batteries. You can get 2 to 3 good ones out of the 6 inside still reading 3.7v

Well done brother. Nice concept. Please, where did you get your batteries, I have been searching for that type of batteries. And as for this your design, you can coat the pvc pipe with duratex or any epoxy paints. You can even use speaker rug. The quality matters though

I just got a 1.8kva firman generator but it's really giving me issues. First, the on and off switch stopped working the first day I bought the Gen. Now, it is burning oil like mad and is also bringing out smoke. Please, what could be wrong with Gen?
