I know, it is a courseware designed to be run on a browser which can be installed on your system. Just like CISCO ACADEMY CCNA COURSEWARE.

How do I convert my site root folder to an executable file to be installed and run as a desktop application. I mean program and hw to write to the windows installer.

I hav created a database and one user, even the guy at syskay has logged to the database using multilink network.
That is why am asking whether one's network speed affect there server.

Hello all, I am using a VSAT(about 100kbps) and I have been having problem login to my cpanel phpmyadmin to create and administer my database, which i hosted with syskay systems. Do speed of your network affect access to some servers? though i have tried it in most cybercafe. The guy at syskay have actually logged into in with Multilink network which he showed me the screenshot.Someone should help cos i discouraged using their system
