Okey79:
Dear , please I will appreciate your advice, my cousin was issued a b1/b2 visa in January 2014, she was 1month pregnant then, although unknown to her. She traveled twice to the US that year, she also had her second baby there but not without writing a letter of change of intent to the embassy.
Her visa was canceled in 2015 when she took her first son to the embassy for his visa interview, she had the second baby with her, she was asked why she applied for only the first son, she told them she had the second one in the US and she had her own visa cancelled while her son was also denied visa.
She has applied twice since then and was denied.
Please what can she do at this point?

When I saw chloes comment I had to check ur January 2015 post.
It goes to show that change of intent doesn't work o..... Especially if you were pregnant during the interview.

Now to ur question.
Was it Cancelled with or without prejudice?
And was she banned? If yes for how long
It was cancelled. She has gone for an interview once since then and was denied.

Please my cousin's visa was canceled after a year because she did not disclose that she was pregnant when she went for her visa. It was when she later took her first son for visa interview that it was found out that she had her 2nd baby in US.
Please what can she do to get another visa

dear VO, happy new year,
please my wife had a 2 years USvisa that was issued early last year 2014. she did not travel with it again as she was down with sickness. she traveled in june and had a c session ,also she developed a DVT on her right leg due to complications.she used the visa again in october for a check up visit.
the embassy cancceled her visa in november when she took her other kids for an interview on the account of lieing to the vo that she was not pregnat at the point of her interview in january.
although she wrote to the embassy in may when it became obivous that she needs medical attention abroad n the replied in the affirmative.
what can we do now, as she is still on drugs(xarelto) and needs to see the cadiovascular interventionist for a follow up
