I am currently in lagos , and I need to get another passport , can anyone here guide me and the rest of the readers on how to go about getting a reissue ?!

I have JPEG copy of my passport data page that got misplaced.

I hope some one can be of assistance to me , for it is urgent.

Do as instructed on page 407/408. Make sure u connect to a WiFi Internet source. It should push the update into ur phone. Try it several times.

am yet to get latest version OS 3.**** update on my Z10 after several offorts of refreshing the Software Updates. Now this is the second time of trying Security Wipe which wouldn't update.

Have u search for the 10.3.1 update?! If No, search for the update.

Go to Settings ----- software updates . Enter software update and click on check.

If it says u v d latest update. Get a WiFi source.

switch off ur mobile data.

Power off ur phone

remove sim.

restart ur phone

On ur wifi . ( connect to a WiFi network) .

Check for updates. ( this should push d Update from d BlackBerry server to ur phone)

Power off

Re-insert sim

Continue download of update

Try it twice or thrice.

If your battery has been properly calibrated. I suggest u switch your device setting to Battery saving Mode.

As I type this, my Z10 is on 50% battery power since I unplugged from my Mains at 8am this morning. I v been on 2G though, and GLO BIS is strong where I am, so my antenna does not v to over work itself because of poor network which can drag d battery to drain fast(er).

I noticed that each time I click the link in my UC browser, it will open a new page and show "loading..." for ages with no progress. I used the UC because of its ability to resume download anytime. I'm afraid the link may break in the BlackBerry browser.

For those of you that v not gotten d Update pushed to ur phones. Try this out.

A switch of ur mobile data.
Power off ur phone
remove sim.
restart ur phone
On ur wifi . ( connect to a WiFi network) .
Check for updates.
Power off,
Re-insert sim,
Continue download of update

Okay, but if by OTA (Over The Air), you mean using the device's Software Updates, then there'll be a problem because I haven't yet been notified to update. I only made use of the autoloader I could find. tziz, others please help.

You can remove your sim, then connect to WiFi. then search for update. Try it twice or thrice, the update will be pushed to your phone. Then replace ur sim and do ur update OTA.

my BBM can no longer chat with just one contact, I can video call and voice call with bbm to the person, but chats no dey go, I can't even see the dp too. we have restarted phones, updated bbm too, the traffic is just one way via chats, the person can send to me, I'll read but can't reply and it doesn't show as read from the other end.

Back up your contacts and do a Wipe.

When backing up contacts. Don't bother backing up applications. Just contacts alone. U can always reload ur applications from BlackBerry World.

I have noticed battery Life Improvement on my Z10.

Another thing u can do is to activate your battery saving mode. I activate mine at 100% full battery charge. It reduces most of the phone's activities in the background .
