I just check revelations and it seems to imply that first the woman is nourished in the wilderness for 3.5 years, its seems a war on earth happened and the rapture had already happened, but God will provide for the woman. while Satan is busy in the war in heaven and trapped by that war, So Israel will be able to do what she wants to do.

Then After 3.5 years, Satan is thrown down and he is very furious and with the woman, Again the woman is given wings like eagle and she flees and is sustained. Just read revelation 12 again this may make same sense. I had to read it for myself.

So in total, 7years or about 7 years is described for the woman.

am convinced the woman is Israel, she not only is she crowned with 12 stars (the tribes of Israel), but she is given wings as an eagle, and she is nourished in the wilderness for 3.5 years.

The book of revelations explains that immediately she gives birth she flees to the wilderness and spends 1,260 days, which is 3.5 years (Rev 12: 6 The woman fled into the wilderness to a place prepared for her by God, where she might be taken care of for 1,260 days.)

During this time, Satan and his angels are trapped in heaven due to the war with the heavenly Angels.

He is thrown down and loses access to heaven, he is furious and goes against the woman and then a place is prepared for her, accounting for the other 3.5 years. there is no controversy in the Bible. Christ ministry is 3 and half years. anti Christ ministry 3and half. when the woman runs to wilderness in that three half years rapture will occur immediately. I use to think so too, the truth, is no one really knows everything or has the full picture because God determines our level of understanding, Again i listened to another Preacher and he seems to be very accurate, my spirit always wants to listen to him.
And he explains, like this.

Remember in revelation there is a woman with child. She was about to give birth and her child would be snatched up to God (the rapture).

Before she gives birth, the dragon stands close to her to destroy her son.

The dragon is trying to stop the rapture, so he cast a third of the angels in heaven to the earth ( the fallen angels), so they may stop the child.

Eventually the child is born and snatched to God, then Satan and his angels go up to heaven and there is a war in heaven.

There is also destruction on earth.

Now the preacher explains that for the first three and the half years, Satan is trapped by the Angels in heaven. And in this time Israel will be free to have a temple and to sacrifice on it.

Then Satan and his angels are cast down to the earth, and immediate he enters into the Antichrists' and causes the abomination of desolation, the warning to flee, is to the Jews, they are to run because Satan will be furious and will want to destroy all of them, he will take his anger out on them, so is the warming, they have to flee.

I believe he makes better sense or the most accurate understanding i have heard.
