The instruction for using the RPP sheet is on page 2 of this thread. Fasting is not require to do the RPP. If you want to fast no problem sir. What is needed is a time you know you can give it maximum concentration. Check the page 2 for the instruction sir.

I am done with the rpp prayers. Waiting for a guide on the renunciation

During the course of praying with the rpp sheet i experienced different kinds of manifestions such as general heat within me like something burning, strange panting of my heart and faint visualization of the particular number I was praying about.

The numbers 3,1,2,4,5,6,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,19,20,21,24,25,26,28,32,33,34.
