Todays log(Saturday 13-11-10) Breakfast= 2 scrambled eggs and pineapple Lunch=yogurt,3 bananas,peanuts and 3 pieces of liver Dinner=Big bowl of chicken and lettuce salad Exercise: Deadlift 3 sets of 12 reps with a barbell Assisted pull ups 3 sets of 8 reps |
Yesterdays log(Friday 12-11-10) Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with green pepper and onion, 1 slice of pineapple with lots of water Snack: Handful of peanuts and 1 apple Lunch:Spinach salad Snack:2 bananas and peanuts Dinner:A bowl of oats and milk with a boiled egg. yep, i know. Thanks people, Yesterdays log(Thursday 11-11-10) Breakfast: Small plate of rice and plantain Lunch: 2 apples and vanilla shake Dinner: Big bowl of spinach,green pepper,fish and beef Snack: 5 handfuls of peanuts Exercise: Squats:1 set of 12 reps without a barbell and 3 sets of 12 reps with a barbell Shoulder press: 3 sets of 12 reps with dumbells since the barbell was too heavy for me. Crunches i'll be doing more of strength training as opposed to long cardio workouts. I think they are more effective and besides with HIIT, your body continues to burn fat long after the workout as opposed to long slow cardio. |
Today's log. Today was topsy turvy so i didn't eat properly,mostly junk n stuff. Breakfast: 1 bottle of Lucozade sport,1 bottle of 75cl water,2 packs of 25g peanut cookies and 1 cocacola light. Lunch: 1 big chicken and 1 moiimoi Dinner:1 cup of garri with full cream milk and peanuts. Exercise: Cycling 10mins Shoulder press/lat pull down 5 sets of 20 reps=100 treadmill 62mins@incline 2.5 and speed 5.6 crunches 10sets of 20 reps=200 |
Hello everyone, nice thread, i've been reading everyone's post and decided to contribute as well. [b]CURRENT STATISTICS[/b] 1.Weight= 70kg 2.Fat index=31.8% GOAL 1.Weight=64kg 2.Fat index=20% 3.General fitness 4.Ability to do lots of body weight exercises especially pull-ups(chin-ups) and deadlifts. p.s: i'll probably post my before and after pictures at the end of the month if i hit my goal. |
