I started experiencing saliva mixed with blood last week Monday...
I was thinking maybe its just a bruise caused by brushing pattern.
bt the chest pain and difficulty in breathing is always severe in the night, and once in while boils like pimples do appear on my chest region.
can antibiotics solve the issue of difficult breathing/chest pain?

During my teenage years(2009/2010) I use to have pimples like boil on my face...
went to see a Dermatologist(a foreigner) at luth, she advised that I should stop the usage of fumbact A(still applying it on my face, cause it seems like the only solution to my acne problem, and she prescribed tetracycline 2box(she said I'd need to take it for like 6month, but after one month...got frustrated with hw the medicine was reacting with my system.
at a point, the pimples was minimal... bt I have been applying funbact A on my face since 2009 till date. can continuous usage of Fumbact A trigger any of the issue I'm experiencing now?

because on the leaflet inside the funbact A box, does not advice long term usage.

I just have to chip that part in, as to get a better overview of everything

About 5years ago I started having difficultly in breathing...
I Went to see a doctor, and explained the symptoms I was experiencing.
He prescribed a drug "Augementin" for me.
I started taking it, it did help reduce the shortness of breathe then.
About a year later, I started experiencing shortness of breathe and chest pain.
I went for medical check up again, i was diagnosed to have peptic/gastric ulcer(don't know if there got it right with their diagnosis)
So I was ask to do xray scan of my chest region,before they'd prescribe drugs for me... which I did, and nothing was found to be wrong.
The doctor later prescribed ulcerkit for me, and told me to avoid some food/drink.
I took the medication, bt still no improvement.
That was around early 2017.
I have been breathing with one nostrils simultaneously, and the chest pain comes and go.
last week I noticed I have blood mixed my saliva after spitting.
The chest pain normally occurs around my right chest region and center region partially.
Sometimes for weeks, I can't sneeze without experiencing pains in chest.
I clocked 24 two months back.
Could it be pneumonia doc?
I'm so worried.
