President Buhari was represented by The minister of Labour and Employment, Dr Chris Ngige. When it was time for his address, the Labour Ministry Permanent Secretary was sent to address the crowd of workers in place of The President which the workers blatantly rejected with rants of "Noooo". The woman tried moving on with the address but was shut up by the crowd. Not even being cajoled by Labour leaders could stop them.

Right now, chants of "we don win" can be heard all over the stadium.

They are insisting to be addressed by the minister of Labour and Employment, Dr Chris Ngige as against his permanent secretary.
