This is not a certificate but statement of results release by the school upon request by the candidate.

The picture affixed was the picture of Buhari when the statement of results was issued and not the picture of Buhari when the exam was written.

The attachment of pictures to results of examinations is a very recent policy. There was nothing like that when I wrote my own SSCE.

nothing is working in Nigeria except corruption and bad governance.
Our refineries can't refine the amount of crude product we consume in Nigeria on a daily basis, even some are not active but they still allocate billions each year for its maintainance..

The question is, What are they maintaining??
