Happy New Year!
Please is it possible to build a 5 bedroom bungalow with store and library on a 85 x 50 ft plot of land?
I've had the land lying bare for some time, and think careless spending should rather be channelled into something more productive this year.
Thank you sir.

Costee:

Did you have it scanned before changing these parts?

Very well yes bro. It first showed CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR A, we had it replaced twice, but the SERVICE ENGINE SOON light was still there and after a day or so it started stopping again. The scanner guy came again and it showed MANUFACTURER'S CONTROL something (I've forgotten). The SES light still refused to leave the instrument panel, and the car still stops intermittently and unexpectedly everywhere. I too scared to drive it any longer.

HELLO HOUSE PLS AM IN A STATE OF CONFUSION. MY 2004 MURANO IS STOPPING EVERY NOW AND THEN UNEXPECTEDLY ON THE ROAD, EVEN ON HIGHWAYS WHEN A TRUCK IS DANGEROUSLY SPEEDING BEHIND ME. I have changed the throttle sensor, then the camshaft position sensor A, even the fuel pump. I don't just know it's problem any longer. It will just get stiff and go off in the middle of the express way, leaving the radio, a/c and lights on. Before i get to a destination it must have stopped 3 to 4 times, I don't even drive it again for fear of a casualty on the way. The new code now showing on the scanner is manufacturer's whatever.
Pls I would sincerely appreciate any sound nissan mechanic that can stop this mess once and for all. I base in Port Harcourt. Thanks and God bless.

A neighbour needs a nav with reverse cam dvd for his 2004 murano, but the problem is it comes with buttons made for trip setting only, and not nav. Some higher models makes provision for the nav button. So can u get him a screen he can just place on top of the dash since the nav swap is not possible. The factory trip display looks orange an awkward like the display on a calculator.
Thanks Fogman for ur reply to my earlier post. I have saved ur number and will reach u soon.
Pls reply for my non-nairalander neighbour.

Fogman pls show me a navigation dvd replacement for 2007 camry that comes along with memory card, aux and usb slot.
I will greatly appreciate, as I need my red spider to have a large touchscreen nav dvd.
Thanks.

Segzy i love these designs of urz so badly (although my colleagues are saying they strongly doubt that 13 mil will finish it to this level) and i wonder if the 100 x 50 will contain a 2 to 3 bedroom bungalow along with it.
Also u didn't include the back detail of the house.
Thanks.

PLS HOW CAN I FIX A 4 BEDROOM DUPLEX AND A 2 BEDROOM BUNGALOW IN A PLOT OF LAND(100 X 50) WITH CONSIDERABLE PARKING SPACE FOR ATLEAST 4 CARS?
I intend building the bungalow first so that my parents can move in, then I settle down to build the duplex for my personal use at my pace and to my taste.
Paying rent in Port Harcourt for both families is really telling on my finances.
If possible I would love to see the design pictures.
Thank you.

Please I wish to implore on kind Nairalanders to advise me on how to begin a wholesale business where I can sell food items in bulk like rice, beans, guinea corn, maize, garri, vegetable oil, salt, tin tomatoes, etc. I would like to have an idea of the cheapest prices of these items in bags, cans, or cartons. Thanks for your sincere and quick response.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: NDDC Calling For Apitude Test by okuflexx5: 12:17pm On Jun 05, 2013
I have met about 7 of us now. The issue is it is a very big & busy office complex (8 floors & several extensions) so we may not get to see all at once since we we're deployed individually to different depts. In any case, when next I visit the Admin Dept for any issue, I will find out for you. It's a promise. But emmm..yes, 3 each for Rivers & AkwaIbom, and 1 each for the rest, but I'll confirm.
u3fine:
Congratulations!!! Please try and find out the number of Admin andd Security Assistant employed or is it just the 3 or 15 of u that was employed for the both positions and from the 9 NDDC states.
Hope to hear from you

Hello guys,

I want to use this opportunity to advise you all who lost out in this race to find another opening elsewhere as God is still on the throne. I am suprised that despite evidence given by people like me, ada58, and fid1m (ofcourse we have met & known our real names) THAT WE HAVE NOT ONLY RECEIVED APPT LETTER, BUT ALSO LONG RESUMED OUR DUTIES in our various directorates; some of us still doubt this good news. There was no magomago done in any way! Infact senior staff keep wondering who gave us the connect. I truly believe that the consultants were honest and for the first time our NDDC mgt decided not to interfere in affairs delegated to their consultants. Above all, God was in control.

Good luck all!

Guyz I'm in Calabar right now and I'm just coming from the NDDC state office near NNPC mega station highway, and my engineer friend there told me that some engrs were given employment letter of recent and that they waited for sometime before being called. He promised ours will be quicker but advised me to get some backup at the top. He also added that if a name is top on merit, it will be difficult to manipulate.

See what I earlier hinted on yesterday. The issue is now a concern to us though when being part of the system, you have no option rather than to tow the line of your superiors involuntarily. They seem to operate a kill, divide and share system in there, and that's why the previous management was toppled by the presidency for obvious reasons. A friend to my mom who owns 2 exquisite buildings & posh cars told how 6m.....4 some yrs running.....(confidentiality-remember d interview question). Let's believe in God that He will not allow the President's decision 2 delay our upliftment in Jesus Name, Amen!!!

WOW, all men are going self-faith-prophetic! LOL. It's really encouraging. Truth is....forget about the salary first, there's much more to NDDC than meets the eye. At a secondary school mate's wedding recently, i asked him what they share in dat place, so dat even security assts attended his wed in Camryz. He answered me saying "just try enter first, no matter how, then u go see d rest..." This is not a cooked stuff, this is 4 real. Goodluck all! cool

Someone talked about their salary range the other time. According to a source online, Fed Sal Structure,NSIWC,CONPSS (new revised min wage) for GL 04/01 should be around 21k basic & 30+ on getting to step 15, without other allowances & emoluments. By plus or minus calculations based on the state structure where i presently serve, sum of allowances for Federal Ministries, which is nearly double our CRS own, goes a little above 20k for this level. So do the math for yourself, pal. Anyway, regardless of how life goes down, life goes on, am i right? Be prepared for the worst, while praying for the best, Goodluck E. J...Naija Deltans

Ooops! No Cross Riverian yet in tha house? Truth is we've tried our best at the interview and at least with the minimum practices of who-knows-who?, we'll be fine. But what bugs me most is this advertisement of phone nums and office addreses by the consultants in-charge. Considering how fast PH guys, especially the babes are, can we really be certain that things haven't gone wrong beneath the carpet on which we stand on? This week shall hopefully reveal our Goodness & Mercy as approved by God for us, and we shall testify to His Glory, AMEN! AS I RECEIVE IT! To all tha WINNERS in tha house- DOUBLE PORTION, NEXT NDDC LEVELS!
