So your percentages are wrong in SW, because I can confidently say Yorubas outnumbered Igbos in selling of those materials in SW only.

NB: I've not been to Lagos, so I'm not sure of the percentage.

If you are not a middle Class or high income earner, just forget it you are suffering in Lagos. The IGR of some states even reduce rather than increase, if you doubt me check the IGR stats from the past few years. About 2-yrs ago or thereabout Anambra even refused to declare IGR for about a whole year, prior to that time the state's IGR was fluctuating back and forth.
