Na why people dey frustrated with Shaw be this. This season actually validates Mourinho. Shaw had all the talent from time but lacks the work ethic or natural drive to perform at consistently high levels.

Only the arrival of someone he perceived as a real threat made him step up. The day we sell Telles or the day Shaw realizes Telles is no longer a threat he will go back to mediocrity.
