1. The emergency number given was correct 2, that the drop call was not because the number was false but due to network issues 3. That there is more than 1 emergency number people can call even if the officer didn't state it .
The FRSC person gave information as a professional and they made effort to confirm the authenticity of the information

So, the journalist wasn't at fault regarding the number dictated by the FRSC official. That's the point of this discussion. Don't change it to something else!
