Hey, i kknow this will come as a shock to a couple of people but I need to add some weight.
I have very poor eating habits, i knw i dnt eat a balanced diet, i hate a lot of the staple nigerian foods so i dnt eat em, can anyone help me with foods that will help me put on some flesh, also foods rich in calcium pls,
this is not a joke, so all u silly commenters, pls stay off ok,

dnt knw if u knw what they call akaun, or potash, it looks like a stone like this, ehennn, just cut a small piece, small ppiece oh, and drop it wen ur boilin, usin a pressure cooker will also help greatly,

Hey, heres wht u do to get that lumpy egusi,
blend the egusi with sme crayfsh preferably, or u can grind them separatly(smbody spell this fr me, lol)
then u put in a bowl, stir in some water, just a tad bit so that it forms a thik paste, add some salt just fr taste,
heat a pan/pot of palm oil, drop the paste like egusi gently in the pan, dont stir, leave it to fry on relatvly low heat, if u notice its starting to burn, u can stir but very slightly, u will get the lumpy egusi, if u do this, thats hw we do it at home,

applewise, U are in no position to tell me wot or wot not to dwell on, i read the paers, maybe not magazines but i def read the papers and there is no information on redemption centres,

well.considering the fact that it is a promo, thre shld be lots of redemption centres evrywhr, i should not have to contact malta-g to locate them, thre shld be lots of details in the news paper and on television about how to exchange your croens for tickets, i still think this is a scam, malta guiness is tryna play a fast one, id like to know if thre is anyone who has won something in this particular street dance promo.
