PoliticsRe: Osun Names Airport After Abiola by olaezebala: 11:25pm On May 03, 2013
eko ilee: Budgets for 2013

Osun state = N183 billoon

Anambra state = N110 billion

Abia state = N137 billion

Enugu state = N83 billion

Ebonyi state = N104 billion

So who is really poor and what do you know about priority?

Ignorant people....
Don't mind we ignorant people oo. Do u also know he's planning to borrow another 100 billion because of this budget? What is the monthly/yearly allocation of osun state plus the internally generated revenue? That's what make a state rich and not just budget.

Meritbaba: @olaezebala, I can't just stop laughing with ur comments above u must be very good comedian, I won't argue with you 2014 already near would be nice to see how Aregbe floors your(pdp) candidate again
Sorry bro but I am not a politician neither do I support any party.
All I know is that all politicians are the same.
They all chop money only that some of them will "ko owo na" and people will at least see something they spend it on why the others will "ko owo je" and nothing to show for it but all the same they all "ko owo"
PoliticsRe: Osun Names Airport After Abiola by olaezebala: 7:54pm On May 03, 2013
kingingkinging: You people are just jealous of the man or you have not been following the man's actions, check the following below:

1. He has created jobs both directly and indirectly- OYES- 40,000 people ;
u definitely don't stay in osun state if not u'll know that your oga dismissed the first set of oyes (20,000)
before taking the new set. So how did u get the 40,000 oyes o?
2. He invested heavily in agriculture- another way to create jobs for all and build the state economy through multiplier effects;
please whenever u are coming to online forum, pls back ur points with facts and figures. With ur claim here, how many people have being employed through ur so called investment? pls don't even think of FADAMA's project at all

3. He invested in environment with about 100 trucks for packing dirt-for job creation and wealth creation;
do u have the slightest idea about the trucks u talked about? Oga gave out this trucks at twice their prize to the poor people and also, more than 500k is being spent by the local government weekly in the name of packing dirt

4. He reduced school fees and has been paying subventions and grants fro students;
reduced school fees of uniosun alone right? do u that state owned higher institutions are currently on strike because oga didn't pay the staffs?

5. He has built Mega schools in all the local govt areas and has been feeding pupils in primary 1-3 daily creating jobs for the caterers and their staff
Daddy u can lie ooooooooo. Mega schools in all the local governmnt? haba !!! please upload pic of mega schools in just five local government and I apologize to u for saying u lied. The only mega school near completion is the one in Alekuwodo (osogbo) and in case u don't remember, this nov will be his third year in office.

6. He pays the elders in the state and gives free health care services;
last I checked about o'elders, Ogbeni said he's gonna pay some selected few as testing and i am yet to see anyone that got selected for payment. u can pls show me one ooo. free health care services? u must be kidding me. Go to Asubiaro state hospital and request to be treated for free. Are u a learner?

7 He has built health centres and repaired the old;
so local govt chairman work are now Aregbesola's project cause I can't remember where the one built by ogbeni is o.

8. He has built more roads than any gov since the creation of the state within 2 and half years;
Are u talking about isale aro-jaleyemi road or jaleyemi to old coca-cola cause those are the two roads I know that oga have completed while others are still receiving the usual dressing and kangaroo mobilization of workers without anything to show for it. Osogbo ilesa road as a case study, igbona-ayetoro-ikirun road also.

9. he has bought 200 vans for the law enforcement agencies-police, NSCDC, FRSC, etc;
thanks to him for helping the federal govt ooooooo
There other things I cannot remember now eg. he supports Tourism, education, etc

If you don't have a good reason to talk pls leave Aregbesola, he is the best thing to happen to Osun State.
As at now he ain't the best thing to happen to Osun. he is even the greatest mistake we osun people made. only those that are shying away from the truth will see him as a performer.

he pull down buildings in Alekuwodo in the name of road expansion only for him to start erecting fence and walk way. like seriously? Erecting fence from Ola iya to oke fia. I am yet to see the importance of such a wasteful spending.

Erected a large screen tv at oke-fia roundabout. How sensible is this? driving from gra to oke fia at night is hell cause the light of the screen enters my eyes directly and pls what economic importance does this initiative have for osun state?

O tree? like for real? people should come and collect free trees? this is one of his projects that can never be accounted for. If after a year He claimed to have distributed a million trees, where do u wanna trace the trees to? Embezzlement gallor.

Finally, do you know the debt profile of osun state? More than 200billion. which means Ur Oga borrowed an average of 100billion per year. by the time his celebrating his third year in office, the debt must have risen to 300billion.
He was shouting about his predecessor that borrowed 18 billion after he served for 7 years and he (the best gov according to u) already borrowed over 200billion in 2 years .
He is indeed the best

even though i claimed to have signed out of here, i just can't unfollow the thread but with this post I am surely signing out. Let's ask ourselves a very sincere question:
if u make the list will u want it to be withdrawn? It is natural to feel bitter with the list and look for all means to make our mind feel happy and thus, do, say and find means to make ourselves happy. The truth of the matter still remain that the list is out, it is for real and some of us didn't make it.
Trust me if u didn't make the list then it's out of the plan God have for u on ur way to the top.
This ain't the end of the journey for us guys and to those that made it,this is not the end of the race as well so please delay the victory lap till then.
Let's not let the list divide this happy family. We used to be one and even if u're bouncing out of this thread, don't fight noone. Congrats once again to all the ASPs and Inspectors that made the list and to those in my league that didn't make the list, let's move forward and this time around let's double our efforts so we can look back and say "thank God I didn't make that list".

MJ, EJAY, EAGLE, ABRESPECT, and all others that we started this thread from the first page, meet u guys at the top and all others that followed this thread religiously till the list came out, we'll soon have a testimony to say about this recruitment.

OLAEZEBALA love u all. AYAM out of here jare.

@ OP, after developing with html5/jquery mobile and final packaging with cordova (phonegap) I don't care how my code look like. The fact is I got what I want which is develop one app and port on many devices.
I tried using flex and it was a total turn off for for me cause I don't really like change anyway (lol).

But with my cordova Api(s), I can do so many wonderful things with my app, bring web feelings to app with the jqueymobile and I am good to go.

TravelRe: 7 Annoying Things Nigerians Do On Airplanes by olaezebala: 1:13am On Mar 30, 2013
lafflaff123: No habits by anybody annoys me in the plane and as my friend told me BUY FIRST CLASS if you can't stand the things you see in the economy class and until then,i will continue taking in the good,the bad and the ugly of the economy class.

And at POSTER i don't know how often you travel,but if you travel a lot like me then you should have out grown looking out for faults or habits in other's as people can not be like you,act like you or be like you want them to be.

Just want to add an experience i had sometime last year and it was sad.

As a veteran of ECONOMY CLASS i was coming from Nigeria via Delta to the US and on getting to my sit there was a young girl(later discovered she is yoruba)on my space,looked at the boarding pass and number to be sure and told her excuse me please that's my sit.

I always take a sit by the aisle because i am tall and so can stretch my legs,she had the middle sit and on the third sit there was a very old man and i said hi to him then sat down.

Just siiting down and noticed this girl was restless and kept closing her nose with her hands and chatting fervently on her blackberry,raised her head up and asked me if we can change sits and i told her no. She started looking around urgently for an air hostess,spotted one and asked her if they can move her and they told her the plane was full and all this happening while the plane had not even taxied yet.

So i am wondering what's up with this girl as her restlessness was starting to bother me,especially as she had that first timer traveller look(over dressed to impress or give the impression they are well to do to the immigration at the port of entry)and after a few minutes she stood up to use the rest room and left her BB by my arm rest but i did not notice it.

Later looked at what was poking me and it was her phone glowing with her BB Chat open. Did not mean to read but the first message there caught my attention and this girl had been busy bashing the old man and texting,chatting and telling everybody via her phone that they put a smelly old man close to her.

I did not smell anything so wondering what the girl was smelling. But above all as an African i have respect for old people and even in my private thoughts i dont disrespect them let alone what the girl was doing by holding up her nose and blatantly insulting the old man by letting the old man know she does not want to be close to him.

We all eventually become old and i hope when she gets old people will run away from her.

She tried to make small banters with me but i ignored her and later when we were filling up our landing card,this stupid girl brought out her passport to fill and it was a fresh Nigerian passport and her first Visa was the US one and the old man she was calling a smelly old man brought out his US Passport.

So i am thinking this stupid girl has this attitude and have never even left Nigeria before and how will she behave when she starts living outside Nigeria.

This might sound mean but i prayed she ran into problems at the port of entry with the immigration people,but since she followed the line at the immigration point for visa holders i did not know how it ended.

Why did i get angry and still angry?my parents are very old and travel at least once a year to visit me for medicals and stuff and just the thought that one supid girl will call my parents SMELLY OLD PEOPLE just because they are OLD makes me get mad. That man did not stink and his only offence was being OLD.
To me, the girl's manner is even better than urs. If u can be this low on IQ to go thru people's message then u're a real moda4ker. I want to believe ur story is false anyway cause u typed all these lies just because u want to make a tribe look bad or can u explain why u have the "yoruba" typed in upper case?. Eeeeeediot. Omo ale jatijati, oloriburuku iran were.
