I recharged 1 gig data of Glo from my gtb acct yesterday, but my account is not yet credited. Please what do i do

It's not that I don't want to pay but he's fond of collecting without repairs.Infact, we were in that house for a year before he fixed water.
He liased with our neighbour and we fetch water only once in a week.
