I use health centres for immunization and they are free.
The only vaccine you pay for in health centre is rotavirus. Na nurses personal parole as it is not provided by govt. It is BTW 7k to 9k.
Some health centres have outstations where you pay like 300naira for any day you come for vaccine. Na the personal parole of the nurses that run such places.

If you don't have health centre close to you, you can use govt hospitals, but if you are very time conscious, you can pay in private hospitals and get it done.

What is rotavirus,pls

Hello my people,pls can u recommend good and cheap diaper for my 3week baby.Mofix diaper is not too good cos that's what I use presently but I need to change cos it gets wet quickly.

Some use wet heat (towel in hot water over the navel and then rubbing with Mentholatum)
Some use dry heat. Towel over lantern and applied to the navel after heat.
Whichever option you choose is fine.

2.5kg @33 weeks for me seems much especially if u don't want a big baby (reasons best known to you).. Pls eat more of fruits,veggies avoid starchy food and please do more of walking (exercise).. The scan weight might even be wrong..

No, doctor never recommended but I made research on internet that they relieve pain.

I do take gabepentin,diclofenac but no relief
I also use hot therapy and use a special pillow meant for this illness to sleep
I use neck collar also but not always.
