Just as Josephb as suggested keep sending them mails and webforms...don't get tired. Ensure you highlight it in your letter that you responded and it was their own fault. Upload another passport again and also pray. God will take control. Also, if you have evidence of the one you sent, include it. All the best.

Hi. So I went to submit my passport today. What i noticed was the consent forms were not asked for. The things asked for were original int passport, 2 photocopies of int passport, yellow paper/sticker given during biometrics, passport request letter and VFS appointment letter. That was it in my own case.

Hello Everyone sorry for updating late. I got my PPR yesterday by 9:40am after bombarding them back to back with emails and webforms with the emotional email template @emmaefe forwarded in the forum.
Here is my timeline.

Application submitted: 24th November 2022
Biometrics collected: 29th November 2022
BVL/Correspondence: 27th April 2023
Visa number on Tracker: 27th April 2023
PPR: 24th May 2023

I will be submitting my passport in person. Pls I have two questions;
1) when submitting my passport do I need to also go with photocopies of my passport data page?

2) do I need to go with the consent form that was given to me during my biometrics or I need to print a fresh one and fill it?

Pls I will appreciate a quick response from a experienced brother or sister 🙏❤️

1, YES, you have to go with 2 photocopies of your passport data page along with your original passport.

2, YES, you need 2 copies of a fresh consent form. You can also hold that old consent form just incase they ask for it. I intend going with my old copy too.

I sent some messages via webform Friday evening to Lagos, Nairobi, London and Abj but no response. So I sent one message to about 6 different mails which I pasted earlier and within 16mins, I got PPR mail.

I also had to write a letter to them today at exactly 1pm. I received mail by 1:16 pm to check my portal.

Good morning..I paid the $85 immediately on Thursday and I uploaded the receipt immediately also and when I checked my account the next day my status changed to ( the additional document you provided has been uploaded) but I am yet to hear anything from them about how to book for my biometric again

Good morning. I suggest to search for the page on how to go about your biometrics on the Ircc portal. I believe that should help out. I also think a mail regarding this should have been sent to you. Please check your mail including spam. You need to book for a date to do the biometrics at the VFS closest to you..

Well, I didn't ask for refund because I had already gone to do the biometrics. Once you do the payment of $85 and upload the receipt, you will be directed on how to book for your biometrics date. You can write to them with details of the previous biometrics so as to get a feedback from them. But if you don't mind the cost of $85, you can go ahead and redo the biometrics again. Good morning

I also received this despite having a valid biometrics which expires in 2029. I inquired why I had to do another when I still had a valid one. They responded after about 2weeks that it was a mistake. But before the response came, I had already paid the $85 and even done another biometrics. So, I suggest you get intouch with them to clarify why you need another one. Cheers
