The idea of a boy being superior to a girl child should be discarded in this age given the fact that many girls are doing very well all fields even in the so called male dominated fields. The prayer should be for the Lord to grant us children who will make us proud parents irrespective of their gender.

I think knowing who the Senate Pres. is can be grouped under the category of THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW irrespective of your discipline or profession for every adult esp. an educated person. It amuses me seeing people not being able to contribute to some well known National Issues just because they just don't listen to News or Read Newspapers. Most ladies need to change their orientation that the News or newspapers are for guys alone.
