Uzorsammy: This might not be totally correct. I got my LOA in just 2 weeks in November 2022, against fall this year. Some major programs are even closed for fall 2023 intake. That tells you the number of applications Conestoga has to process as mentioned by Frank |

genkins: Oh! Sorry for the rejection. It is only a delay. Meanwhile, outside the fact that her hometie was weak, I think her choice of program also was not strong enough to show her career progression. Accounting, Journalism & Health care management? Please request for your CBSA note so you can be properly guided in her next application. GL |

Ajaxa: Unfortunately, putting the deadline into consideration, Form A may disappoint. Your best bet is to pay your first term tuition using the black market. Seneca is one of those schools that do not accept tuition deposit but full term payment. GoodLuck 1 Like 1 Share |

Habeebboy: 1. Nothing like earliest appointment date. Submission of application is faceless (online). Secure an admission with DLI, submit your application, go for biometric capturing and upfront medical if you wish. Then go spiritual. 2. No definite month. It ranges from 2 weeks - 12 months (maximum I have heard of) depending on your application complexity. 3. No priority GoodLuck 3 Likes |

archola: Most times the complexity of applications determine their processing time. But since your application has passed the official processing time, you should start disturbing them. Have you tried to reach out to them through mail and webform? If you have not, start sending webforms to IRCC, focus more on Nairobi. Make it a daily routine. This format has worked for many people on this platform. GoodLuck |

Winter is around the corner, time of disbursement of your funds through Form A is subject to availability of FX. In your best interest, deferral may be your best bet. OYELEYEIFEOLUWA: 1 Like |

Your concern has been addressed above. Additionally, if you have any relative, friend or trusted person outside Nigeria that can help with it also will be fine. CBN is pressing our neck with fruitless and evil policies clodd007: |

Form A gives you the opportunity to make your payment at CBN rate while the later (wire transfer) is through black market or aboki rate. The difference is much anyways. Yes you can do wire transfer directly to the designated bank in Canada (either to the school through flywire or directly to the school if the school allows that) Form A takes averagely 4-6 weeks depending on the bank you use. I think Access bank, Heritage bank, globus bank and few others have good ratings. Please wait for additional contribution from the house Abeg441: |

Mr. Man. I think you all need to be cool with this fellow at this point. You all know the contents of generic refusal note and you kept pressing and disturbing her to give you what she doesn't have. You don't expect her to have her GCMS note by now. She is passing through a phase, let her be at least for now. Just as she mentioned, people get refused everyday here without coming out to say it. For letting the house know of her status alone means she gat some balls..... This is not the time to say all manners of I'll word to her because of your selfishness. Do you think everyone sleep and wake up on NL as you do. Please you all should drop this your entitlement mentality as if she owes you. Is it by force to give you the reasons of her refusal, especially when she doesn't have the real reasons. @bepositive11, are you feeling intimidated with properties? She hasn't said anything bad about you. Seems you are happy about her refusal. bepositive11: 16 Likes |

Betterlife30: The money in question may attract attention depending on how big it is. Again, there is nothing wrong with lump sum coming and going out as long as it is well explained so it would not be perceived as means of inflating the account. Just the source and destination. O Paris. Good luck |

Betterlife30: You may not be totally correct. I did my passport renewal online with less than 18k, and I never regretted it. It depends on the state and how soon the person needs the passport. Immigration officers feed on desperate applicants. I knew I would need my passport in September so I applied and captured in June and got it in August. Nigerians have the habit of this fire brigade approach. Sometimes it baffles me when I see people applying for visa for fall intake in June/July/August with this snail pace IRCC processes applications, quoting all scriptures to back it up. Yes you may get it but the chances are very slim and you may even end up making avoidable mistakes. If you want to apply for your passport online, please do but if you have excess bucks to give for fast track, you can also do as well 3 Likes 1 Share |
