You're taking the right step. Book for your medicals and biometrics and get a date. All things being equal, you'll get biometrics instruction letter a day after submitting your application. With this, you can do both medicals and biometrics before returning to your base.

That my application is being considered and awaiting decision. When i did a paid call, they say repeatedly no decision yet. no decision yet. i even tried to probe further, she was just repeating no decision yet. na so i cut the call. they charge me 1.67 pounds

I did at TLS Ikeja actually. Yeah I am going to send a paid mail. Fingers crossed

Their responses are usually not that helpful though. They will just Inform you that they will contact your case worker.

To be honest, the customer service team can do much but to inform your case worker.

I saw they don't reply on Fridays too.

Instead of calling, why don't you use the online version. You will pay a one time fee of £2.74 and you can use the reference no to keep asking for updates. You won't have to pay again even if you are making further requests.
I used that when my mum's visit visa took a long time to come out.

I applied 24th of August and did biometrics on the same day.

It has been 32 working days now and nothing.

Please advice on what can be done?
