An application submitted online on the 23rd of February 2015, up to this moment have never been updated with biometric.
What can i do ?

check ur cic portal u will see letter for ur biometric dia,

Try using MS Word. Just insert all the documents into a Word file then save as Pdf instead of Docx file.
